Located in Canberra the LIVE WELL, Spa & Wellness Centre offers a fusion of pampering treatments and natural therapies. We support your wellbeing through natural therapies including Massage, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Meditation. We also offer deeply relaxing Spa therapies including facials, body treatments and Massage using only the purest organic products.
Live well has a particular focus on helping with anxiety, arthritis, back pain, depression, infertility, insomnia, headaches and stress as well as health education including wellness programs and seminars.

I have had acupuncture here 3 times now and I could not fault them on a thing. The staff are fantastic , the rooms are clean and smell great, and the experience is nothing but pleasant

It was a bit meh.... I see another acupuncturist who is very thorough and talks me through everything he is doing to ensure the right areas are being targeted. I walked out without so much as a "does that feel better" or "how does that feel now". No post consultation at all. I was still very sore (I had tense shoulders/neck, with a knot). I will stick to my guy in the future......

Towards the end of last year the pain in my shoulders and neck increased as did the frequency of my headaches. I was recommended to Live Well in January. I found the staff extremely professional and sensitive. I was listened to and the treatment has been spot on. My therapist made a priority to stop the headaches caused by neck strain and tension and is succeeding. I am not 'cured' but there is no way to describe the feeling of being free from weekly headaches / migraines. My treatment is changing and progressing as necessary to continue on the road to recovery. Thanks Live Well.
