Great stop here.nGreat atmosphere and decor.nSo cozy. Mulled wine available as well as regular bar drinks and hot coffee etc.nFood was yummy. The side vegetables salted and oiled baby carrots and broccolini were perfect, the vegie burger was great and the chicken burger was good too. Staff were happy to substitute spicy mayo for aioli.nIt was a shame they were out of English Breakfast tea.nBeer was great. It even had a bit of warmth in the flavour, adding to the cozy vibes. Perfect on a rainy afternoon.nI noticed a few people playing board games. It's a great spot to get cozy with a game.nBooth seating was comfortable.nI can't wait to go back.nKitchen is open all day.nPhone was answered promptly when I called with an enquiry.

And here for a friendly meal with friends as we were here for a soccer tournament from Sydney!!nPaid $30 for a special with 5 ONLY muscles and a tone of paste….NOT WORTH the money AT ALL!!nA friend ordered the barramundi, had NO sauce, and was as dry as hell!!nAND……literally took them 1:05 minutes to get us our food!!nnNOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

The Durham Castle Arms is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and lively, with a great vibe all around. But what really made the night unforgettable were Jade and Lars – they brought such infectious energy and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Their friendly banter and impeccable service turned a good night into the best night.nnAnd let’s not forget the Guinness – it was perfect, poured to absolute perfection. Whether you’re looking for a cosy corner to chat or a place to kick off a great night out, the Durham Castle Arms hits the mark. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We keep coming back to this great establishment.nVery friendly & welcoming staff at the Durham Castle Arms @ KingstonnWe went there for Lunch & on the strength of that we then did dinner there on 2 seperate occasions.nSeating is great as you have the choice of indoor or outdoor dining.nTheir menu is great as it also caters for Vegetarians & Pescatarians!nWe had a great time there.nIt seems to have the patronage of a good cross section of people ranging from young professionals to the young at heart. Very safe place to go to.nThank you for great food,  beer, wine & great ambience. The inside is like some of the real pubs you would encounter in the UK.nHighly recommend the Durham to all.nWe look forward to going back there.

The Durham staff saved my 5yr old daughter from drowning in the $10 Stella pints! Excellent service, big shnitty and wonderful trivia.
