Very luxurious rooms with lots of extras available. I had the executive spa suite and it was amazing. So luxurious and clean. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The buffet dinner in the restaurant was magnificent. Loved my stay here. I’ll definitely be back.

Not bad.nnGreat room even though facilities are quite old fashioned. Hot water is great. Wifi is fast.nnThis is my second time visiting. Breakfast buffet is beautiful. Definitely coming again.nnPeople are kind.nnPark and shops are walking distance.

Lovely family stay. The kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location is superb, 1 block away from the Westfield shopping centre, which is amazing because I didn't have to worry about parking to go to the restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but for some reason the TV kept getting disconnected. As this wasn't a priority for us, I didn't report it.nnOne thing I loved was that it was very quiet.

Almost feels like a retro hotel with how everything seems to be from the 90s. Not great value for money considering the room rate and other options in Canberra for the same or less. Parking is also an astronomical $35 per night, which I think is the highest across all hotels in the ACT?nnThe bedding itself is clean and fine, and the location is central and convenient so that's the saving grace. The hotel carpet needs to go or be replaced as it seems to have enduring stains and dust. The bathrooms need a redo to get up to standard.

Service.nnTonight we still therennAnd they not doing anything else to improve and help and fix the issuen.....nnFor this price I paidnWhat I have to choose the one with no air conditioning?!
