Great place. Enjoyed our stay here. Really big apartment. Wish had AC in the master room. Food at restaurant was good but breakfast there's not much selection. Definitely will stay here again.

1st floor (facing road)was noisy during weekdays due to jack hammering and tram line being built right at front. Apartment roomy.TV incredibly small for a 2bedroom apartment. Furniture in need of review. Dining chairs you sunk into. Beds uncomfortable. Daily servicing was nice but needed prompting to refill shower gel and handwash.Breakfast and restaurant basic but nice.Walking distance to Canberra Centre.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and have enjoyed our stay here previously but our latest trip has left a sour taste in our mouth and we will not be returning. You see hotels and all other businesses advertise “Book Direct and Save”. We booked direct with the hotel over the phone. Not offered any early buys, pay now and save options... No, Go onto our website sir and book direct there and save. As stated we have stayed here on a few occasions and always over the Australia Day weekend. We did notice the prices had increased by 30% from the previous year. This year an extra 3 families stayed here with us on our recommendations and one of these families booked through a 3rd PARTY WEBSITE and saved. When i approached the front desk on the Saturday to quiz the difference in a) pricing from previous year and b) why book direct we don’t save. I didn’t get any helpful feedback back from the 2 lady receptionists. I spoke with the duty manager in the early evening and he managed to offer me $10 per night for the last 2 nights. I said I’d prefer the 20% off. A sour taste has been left in not only my mouth but the rest of the travelling party.

Stayed here twice, glad I don't pay. Uncomfortable, average, yawn. Margins must be fat here because you can definitely feel them gleaning you. Location is good though. Must be better places to stay.

It was lovely, just the construction out the front of the hotel was a bit of a downer, it made the room very noise. However the room it self was BEAUTIFUL.
