Mantra MacArthur Hotel

Mantra MacArthur is a newish hotel. The rooms are modern and very clean. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable in comparison to others. It's a bit of a walk from the restaurant and shopping areas but not too far. I'd stay again.

Hotel is new about 6 mths. Price was close to motel price but room very pleasant not big but big enough with king bed. Crisp white cotton sheets needed to ask for softer pillows next night. Shower toilet clean white tiles . Food downstairs quite good Greek Tapas & meals. Pleasant staff.

The rooms are newly renovated so expect clean, comfortable and fresh. The parking is very limited and not ideal at all. We had to park in the dark and up the street and it did not feel safe at all. The continental breakfast is average and the eggs looked like rubber. The food and drinks weren't rotated leaving the old stock at the back. We ended up ordering off the menu so the food was fresh. Would stay somewhere else next time because the location is quite isolated from the CBD.

Great for a night or two in Canberra. A short walk to most things, and right on the new metro line. Rooms are clean and functional, if a bit on the cosy side. On-site restaurant is very good, with friendly staff and good meal options. Staff are eager to please. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was pretty close to the centre of the city. Room and bathroom facilities seemed new and there was a well stocked mini bar.
