Tall Trees Hotel Canberra

Location is quiet. A bit far from the centre for our liking, but once the tram line through the city is finished that won't be a problem. Stayed 3 nights over 2 rooms. One lovely customer service experience and one below average experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. The room cleaning service was a bit of a lucky dip, for example... Sometimes they topped up coffee supplies, sometimes they didn't... One day I got a face washer, the other days I didn't... Not a huge problem. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful quite venue away from main rds, but close enough to local shops. clean and comfortable room. Easy shaded parking. Excellent service and delicious cooked breakfast! Highly recommended.

Location is great, rooms are alright, customer service is pretty good, house keeping is not so well maintained. First night and the bed sheets have not been changed since the previous occupants. Sheets were crinkled and had hairs from previous occupants. Managers were quite helpful and very friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in dealing with a booking issue. Fantastic service, nice cosy room, quiet neighbourhood. An absolute beautiphalia if ever there was one. 5 stars.
