Great location. Close to town. Spacious rooms. Very comfy beds. Room service was very attentive. Hotel facilities and common areas could do with a freshen up. Gym and saunas weren't working/operational. Overall a good place to stay for families or groups.

Loved the large apartment with a great balcony, amazing view of Black Mountain with breathtaking sunsets. It was very comfy! Has a nice swimming pool and gym and is close to everything in civic. Will definitelly go back there!

A little on the older side but comfortable and good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stay here every January and have always enjoyed our stay.

We got away on a 4 day break to Canberra, The level we stayed on stunk around the elevator so bad that you wanted to vomit.  Spoke to the young lady at reception about it and they said "We know! Sorry.."
At time of booking requested car parking, no mention there was a $15 per day charge, you find this out when you check in! Defiantly a scam to me, extra $60.

Room was okay condition, nothing to write home about.  Beds are very firm, my kids woke up with sore back.

Will give this hotel a miss next time..

Centrally located in the heart of Canberra
Easy 5 -10 minute walk to shopping mall movie theatre and restaurants. Parliamentary zone  Aust War Memorial  and Commonwealth park are roughly a 10 minutes drive from here.

Be aware there is no free parking in Canberra ! Hotel does provide parking at $ 15 per night. Two bedroom apartment was comfortable and has kitchen with all mod cons and two bathrooms  ( one of which has its own laundry facilities ).
