I was pleasantly surprised, I was thinking their would be massive queues like the photos and I would be waiting for hours, however this was not the case with only a 5 minute wait and getting the books I required straight away with friendly staff assisting me throughout the process.
The frontline staff were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and I don’t fault them at all. Unfortunately, the experience behind the scenes was very disappointing.nWe were told via email that items were back in stock and ready for pickup, only to be told the stock was actually not available. This then meant another delay and ultimately having to request a refund all of which took one hour to completenMany required items were unavailable and would not arrive until after school had already started in February, which defeats the purpose of a school supply service.nIt was clear there is a breakdown between the ordering system and the management or depot operations. The systems and processes let down both customers and the staff on the ground, who were doing their best.
I came here to get my school books and some self practise books too. The staff Stefania was very helpful and sorted us out within 45 minutes, as we had heaps of stuff to order she did and processed it all through below the expected time. I give great thanks to her. 5 Stars!
The staff were friendly and helpful. But many of us customers didn’t understand why the services were very slow with at least more than 5 people and 5 computer systems at the counter. Yup! We chatted. The line always long, and some parents had to leave after half and hour or more time, the line was not moving. I have been there couple of times. It always takes me at least 40mins to be out of line ordering books or for click and collect, not including the waiting for books delivered on hand.
There’s no instruction provided with orders of digital items resulting us double ordered an item. There was no login nor any link provided to access the item. When I called to raise my concern the experience was really disappointing. They acknowledged the double order and the missing of instruction but suggested that customer should call to find out how to use the digital items. So they refuse refund of a double order and refuse to escalate this to a complaint. I wonder whether other customers had the same challenges and poor experience…
