Under staffed branch specially just close to the start of the term break,nToo many people to buy books lined up inside the facility but there were only two staff members serving at the counter,nInstructions are also missing on which area is to place an order to buy books and where to collect the order,nIf someone is visiting first time, they can easily be mistaken and I saw a father and his son wait in the collecting order queue for some time till they realised they were in the wrong place.nOverall the level of customer service is pretty average.

Thomastown staff member was very helpful with my enquiry.  Service was very quick as it was quite just after lunch. Bonus, as the book was in stock.

I went to this bookstore on Dec 15 2023 and thought I would beat the rush. I ordered just the digital pack. Turns out they have charged me for the bundle. School started and still no digital items, nor did I even realise I paid for the hard copies as they did not give these to me on the day. Called into the store realised email was incorrect so they amended it. Called head office and advised still no books the day before school started. Email had not been changed. They advised all was amended and promised all manually corrected and I will have books following day. Following day no books. Called again and Sam advised well if they said you will get them you will get them. Did not confirm anything after waited 1 hour on phone on both occasions. I will plead to all schools to not use this company. It's has been the worst experience. Bring back Atlas bookstore never once did I have an issue with them.

Absolute rubbish service. Make you wait an hour for a book on back order. Sent two emails to say the order is ready to be picked up.nWe were told at the time of purchase once you receive the email you just come here at pick it up straightway.nStaff are not even trained to serve the customers in order. Absolute disgusting and ridiculous service.

This was the first time I have purchased in-store, I usually just place the online order and pick up the lot from Rosehill High come January.nIt was great to actually go in and complete the order in person.  The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I was able to ask questions and finalize the order promptly. Best of all I was able able to see what the books look like and determine whether the same text was used as in previous years.nMy experience was great and I think I will be going in-store from now on in early December for my annual purchases.
