Bought a line trimmer from Bunning's, 9 months later it is broken and i was told to take it here to get it repaired under warranty. Dropped it off to the person at the counter (who does not speak clearly and is hard to understand), i was told i would be given a call back in a day or two, never had a return call, when i call up two weeks later, they just claim that it cant get fixed under warranty and is broken because i put the wrong fuel in it. I use two stroke fuel for other equipment all the time and know what i am doing. Advised there was nothing they can do aggressively. I obviously need a replacement now, and will definitely not buy one from this store. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the stress from this store.

Went in to buy a line trimmer. Obviously walked into the wrong store! Firstly, I had to ask one of the 2 shop assistants to help me out at which point old mate was annoyed. After explaining that I needed a line trimmer to clean up the edges of my suburban home, he tried to sell me the most expensive one he had for $799 explaining to me it's what people use for massive blocks AFTER I told him I was on 560 square meters not a massive block. After realizing I wasn't getting anywhere I left and went straight to Australian mower supplies on Sydney Rd. They were fantastic unlike this joint!
