Bad experience ، It was really annoying that the business owner spoke disrespectfully in a loud voice with the worker. Some people need to learn how to respect people.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Low quality products, rude customer service, the lady who seems to be the owner got aggressive when we questioned the broken lounge set which was marked for 3000$...pathetic and typical rude asian shop. VCAT should close this down

I have been there a couple of times, there got some many lounges now, I got sofa from them, same sofa also sold at Havery Norman, quality is quite good, big saving for me. The lady is very friendly and show me all the sofas. Will definitely coming back.

This place is really a place for one stop bargain shop. From food to ceramics, furnitures to washing machines and garden stuff. Can be abit mess and dusty inside but you get what you pay. Really reasonable prices.

It was really bad experience with spare change we visited there first time as one of our friend recommended that place actually one lady who is working there from sixteen to seventeen year has no sense of talking!! she seems so fussy !! even looking at us with aggressive way when we were searching our needy stuff !!  after that we went to the counter we just didn't know the actual price of kid's toy and she started yelling on us !! she scared us  and our kid too as well as she started yelling on that poor girl who is working there ! we feel very insulted!!  even we selected sofa and was planning to pick up on weekend but because of her behaviour we just changed our mind !! Seriously she needs to learn some customer service skills because customers visit there for get some stuff according not charity !!  if she doesn't like her job them leave it .. very very disappointed will never visit there again !!

Bought a 7 seater sofa, was delivered within a few hours of purchasing. Very quick service.

Nice section of items for cheap. Electronics to shopping and $2 items and garden plants and players etc.  3 shops. Whitehouse and appliances. $2store. Kitchen garden pictures containers etc. Garden plants artifiv

The place has lost it's personality by trying to be something else.  Just another mediocre $2 store

Not a bad place, depends on what you want.

If you can think of it, it's probably in stock.  Simply a massive range.
