The Pharmacist was great to recommend me another product before buying an off the shelf variety

One of worst chemist Warehouse I have been to. I called and confirmed about the price match and they said they do and when I visited the store no one responded properly and said they will have to call me back for price match. I visited the store to buy the item that instant. Staff said I will have to come back for the product. They lie about the price match, if you don’t do don’t say it that you do price match.

Went here tonight to have a Script filled. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Had a friend behind the counter and spoke to her for five minutes whilst I was waiting. Then when she called me over she continued to speak Italian to her friend the whole time. I said Thankyou twice thought maybe she didn’t hear me the first time and she didn’t acknowledge me once and just slapped my script and receipt down on the desk. I made sure to get my receipt so I could hopefully get the ladies name which is Maria. Pharmacist was lovely. Maria was not! This is the second time I’ve been served by Maria and she was just as rude the first time. It’s such a shame. If you don’t have customer service skills then don’t work in customer service. Simple.
