Reviews

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chemist Warehouse.nnWhen I approached the checkout, the staff member named William did not greet me at all — no “hello,” no basic courtesy, nothing. Instead, he stared at me with a strange and unwelcoming expression, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.nnBefore making payment, I politely asked about a price match with another physical store. His response was abrupt, dismissive, and rude. He stated that “we don’t do that here” without any explanation or attempt to check the policy. This is unacceptable. According to head office policy, price matching with physical stores is permitted, as Chemist Warehouse operates under the same system nationwide. I am also an employee within the company, so I am aware of this policy.nnThe lack of professionalism and poor attitude displayed by this staff member does not reflect the service standards Chemist Warehouse claims to uphold. Customers should be treated with respect, and policies should be applied consistently.nnThis experience has left a very negative impression, and unless this matter is properly addressed, I will seriously reconsider supporting this store in the future.nnI expect management to review this situation accordingly.

Great service from the pharmacy staff and it's usually easy to get the parking out the front

A good store. No complaints. Staff are ok.

Poor service, not the first time, but today will be for the last time! Many chemists around seems to be their attitude, taking business elsewhere.

Pharmacist with the coloured eyes was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended a product and was very thorough and understanding. The girl at the front was very lovely too.
