Very bad customer service. Yesterday I got Indian sweets from here and sweets are off with bad smell and off taste. Very disappointed. Never going to this place and I will let my friends and colleagues know that never buy fresh sweets from here.

This is a good place where you can find almost every thing that you used back home in India. And you can take membership as well and earn points over time and redeem them.

Male staff was very friendly and kind. He offered me to taste some sweets and they are fantastic! I'll buy them again. So yummy

I am their customer for last over year and a half. I have experienced a good amount of their quality of service going down hill. I would say that my customer experience is not so good at this store. There is ambiguity over the prices of the goods, discounts mentioned on the goods and further more at times staff would argue over the discount they do for shopping over $50 as per their own policy. I would like to ask the owners of the shop that why do you make such policies that your staff needs to argue on to defend the applicable discount payable. I hope and wish that the owners are reading this and look forward to improving the customer experience at the shop Ashish

I always shop from this place because it's very close to my house and they have good range of flour, gluten free alternative to regular wheat flour, and very friendly staff till today. Today I visited this store to buy bajra, jowar and barely flour but then I  realised I have already 2 weeks stock so end up just buying my regular toothpaste. I asked cashier girl if I can pay her cash because of cronoavirus but she was just keep staring at me. I had to ask 3 times then she nodded her head little bit...I had to guess it means  "she is okay with cash". When I tried to get cash to pay then finally she mumbled "oh lots of coins ". what kind of customer service this?  It was a horrible experience.

Very neat, clean and well organized store. Good selection of products are available in one store. Nice staff. Good customer service. Good place to get all types of  Indian products.

One of the best indian stores in the northern suburbs.

Friendly Staff and easy to access, plenty of parking  Not all South Indian items were available, hence a 4 star.

They have great stock, its alwyas a nice experience doing grocery there. Although they don’t have any frozen nonveg items and the prices for utensils are high, however other things are pretty good.
