I was looking for a Dometic 42 litre cooler online and came across this site. Showed in stock for $99 which is a great price so I purchased one and completed checkout etc all done. Three days later I receive what looks like a credit memo/refund with no explanation as to why went back and checked the site and the same cooler now listed at $199 and not in stock so I emailed them to ask what was going on and why I was issued a refund. It has now been over a week with no explanation. What I assume has happened is the product was listed incorrectly on the site and they realized when they checked the order, Rather than be decent and lawful and simply provide the product at the price shown consumer law then amend the mistake they decide to just refund and allegedly claim they don't have any in stock and jack the price up. I get it mistakes happen but this is just deceitful conduct and will never purchase here again. In fact I have reported this to consumer affairs victoria.

Bought an Enerdrive 2600W Invertor from them at the Canberra show back in October. Paid in full - over $1,700.  Foolish me.  Still not delivered.  Malandy assured me on 3 November in an email that it will be direct shipped from Enerdrive.  However, talking to Enerdrive today 6 December they say no order has been placed.  The Invertor is in stock at Enerdrive.  Malandy not responding to emails or answering the phone. Would not trust them.

Uses an unlicensed driver to drive to Adelaide and crashed at the bottom of the hills. Only by the grace of whatever God you may or may not believe in that nobody was killed.

And now responsible for the Adelaide South Eastern Freeway crash injuring 9 pple. You don't service your trucks do ya?

Terrible service! Said they had the part, then didn’t, then did. I was then told they would deliver it directly to me and after numerous attempts to contact I’ve given up.

I purchased a fridge from Mal at the Qld show on Saturday two weeks ago. Took it home and tried to plug it in however the plug didn't fit as it appeared to be the wrong plug. Took it back to the show Sunday and they didn't have another 80lt one so Mal to his credit said I'll do the 100lt on for the same price. I said let's just make sure everything is working prior to me taking it. This one wouldn't get cold so once again to Mals credit he said I'll post you a new one straight away. I thought about it overnight and two failures of new units must be ordinary quality. I called Mal Monday morning and said I'll just have my money back of which Mal agreed. That was two weeks ago and have sent three emails and another phone call. If you are intending to shop here be very careful. They appear to be the salesman type with no after sales back up for such a simple return of my money. Now I am without a fridge for easter and buying ice for the esky. Mal I suggest you give me my money back otherwise you leave me no option but to seek legal advice as they is a bit of money involved here.

Took nearly a month to receive my UHF aerial and had to chase multiple times with no luck.. When the item did show up it didn’t come in any of the original packaging either.. poor experience and won’t be using again.

Wanted to say a huge thanks to Malcom, he personally delivered my sleeping bags today in time for our long weekend. Dedication and service. Thanks again.

Great Service and fantastic range of products. Will be going through these guys for all my future camping gear
