Bunnings Thomastown never disappoints! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to assist with any questions. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from tools to plants. I especially appreciate the wide range of stock and how clean and tidy the store always is. Whether I’m doing a big DIY project or just picking up a few bits and pieces, I always leave satisfied. Great customer service, great products – highly recommend!

The store offers a great selection of items at affordable prices. The customer service is fantastic, though I do wish there were a few more staff members available to help with questions. I visited last week for bathroom supplies and was fortunate to meet Telle. He was so kind, friendly and eager to share his expertise. Thanks to his guidance, I found a high-quality shower rail and mixer, and my plumber was really pleased with the brand he recommended.

Please read and document the errors of Bunnings website.nnCalled the store at 4pm on 02/05/25 and spoke to Belinda about the Gorilla cart has broken base welding and if I can come down to get it exchanged. She mentioned come with invoice. Went to the store with invoice at 5pm and was attended by Emily.nnSmart but being a smart ask hole, she was pointing me to contact the number on manual. I shown her that the number does not exist and I called it 5 times. She did some research on the manual on their website and said it’s an American number. The item in question is 22 months old and out of warranty.nnSurprisingly she provided me an email of a distributor who supplies to Bunnings.nnIt was a deceptive practice and misinformation. Firstly the item has no explicit warranty mentioned on Bunnings product page. The manual available on product page has no warranty information either.nnIt’s misleading but per Emily the product is warranted for 12 months.nnI left the store leaving the cart behind to Emily’s knowledge. Oh yeah, a young bloke who was muttering in her ear and feeding her information, she claims to be a manager, you need a good PD on customer service and take responsibility and initiative to face customer and resolve issue.nnBunnings is your workplace and not a gossip club.

I needed a tree removed from my property, but the arborist drew my attention to a European Wasp nest that was located at its base, informing that he could not remove the tree before the wasps were eliminated. As the cost for the tree removal already ran into the thousands, I was reluctant to engage professional pest exterminators and incur further cost.nnI discovered 'Green Diamond Wasp Insecticide Nest Killer' on Bunnings website. Bought a can, followed the instructions, and took care of the nest. It was so easy to use and clearly very effective. A 10-second application of the stream directed into the entrance of the nest: no more wasps!

Amazing customer service by ROB at the drive thru timber section. Never had anyone assist me at Bunnings like Rob before! Thanks mate
