Had a bit of an odd item I needed help with as I had a battery in a remote that was almost dead but the screws in the back were absolutely tiny and were a special star shape head. I believe it was Richard in the tool department I spoke to that went out of his way to find that tool head, open the remote and help me find the correct battery. Put it all back together and worked perfectly. Top service and deserves a pat on the back for going out of his way to help in regards to such a small and trivial matter. Cheers!

East side male toilets leave a lot to be desired. Dryer not working, toilet paper falls off toilet paper roll holder.  Support railings loose or have fallen off  in cubicle. Urinal floor area never properly cleaned. Just not enough care here. Travelled considerable distance to return faulty bent eyelet pliers. Staff at Thomastown happy to replace the pliers but took eyelets out of bag that came with the new pliers. Now I have to buy new eyelets to replace the ones the faulty pliers destroyed. Power Pass Trade Customer. Not happy.

Dreadful customer service, we had to go through a Sydney store to resolve our refund issue. Completely unhelpful.

Gotta love bunnings! Great range and prices.  This store is one of the larger stores too.  Glad to have this store close to home.
