Amazing Service! Found exactly what I was after and very satisfied as I had a custom project I was working on. I rang ahead of time and requested to speak straight to the manager, who took his time and understood exactly what I needed as it was quite urgent! When my order was ready, manager Andrew himself contacted me personally, which you don't get these days, as managers are usually hiding in their offices and not dealing with customers personally! Thanks again!

I haven’t been completely happy with the service in the past, but my latest dealings with the new manager Andy has changed my opinion. Andy is a professional that goes above and beyond to provide the best service. Thanks again for helping out Andy.
If I could post 0 star rating I would. I was not informed anything about my order rang up and told me due to covid we have lost staff. I was very understanding and waited longer than I was told. Had put through a second order to only be told the day before that I was told to pick up that the quote wasn't confirmed in writing. I was told on the phone that when the second batch of my order would be ready. Whoever I was speaking to today then ended the conversation by saying I don't even want to take your order. When I previously picked up my order I was even told then by the lady there. They will call you closer to the date to have it picked up. When I was at the reception to pick up also my two orders where on paper. But now to only find out that it wasn't confirmed To them it's only a $300.00 order this person did not care. When as a small business I have a deadline to meet and don't want to disappoint people. But they clearly don't care if they do. I would not recommend this person on the phones service. If you want to go to an all board go to there other locations.
Prompt response, quick turnaround, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Staff were all so friendly & helpful. I only had a small order to fill but I had nothing but first class assistance. Thank you team!
