Absolute customer service.nAll sales personnel very knowledgeable in their fields. Managers of the store, Chris Friday evening Zac, Saturday and Aaron sales were all very attentive. Serious problem with recently bought apple phone, sorted out without fuss. Great array of products including the recently added washing machines, fridges, freezers, dishwashers and dryers. Store always clean and tidy when we’ve gone in.

Great staff.. they were of great help to me. Always checking around for anyone in need of help. I bought this JBL charge 5 boom portable speaker. Its incredible. Went in to purchase a laptop on special that I viewed online the night before. The special online was $500 off. However, at the store the price was $100 more when I got to the register. I asked the staff about it and they said it was probably a mistake on the website. I asked if they could honour the price advertised online and they said no. They didn't appear to care at all.nI left and contacted The Good Guys. They looked up the price online and price matched the cheaper JB price. Very happy with my laptop from The Good Guys and friendly service from them.

I recently purchased an apple watch from this store and Angelo showed exceptional customer service skills, was super friendly and was great with helping me out. Highly recommend.
