I attended the store on Friday morning and was so thankful to have been helped by Stephen. I was upgrading from an iPhone 11 to iPhone 17 and he was kind enough to spend time explaining what I would need in terms of cables, wall chargers and car mounts etc. He didn’t push specific products or brands but actually explained why he recommended specific items. It was such a pleasure to witness great customer service and I will certainly be back to purchase more from this store because of my experience.

This is the only JB Hi-Fi store I go to. The space is open, well laid out, and the staff are always helpful. Not only are they super friendly, but they consistently offer the best deals.nnThe store itself is massive compared to the JB stores inside shopping centres, and the product range is incredible.nnGreat location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Absolute customer service.nAll sales personnel very knowledgeable in their fields. Managers of the store, Chris Friday evening Zac, Saturday and Aaron sales were all very attentive. Serious problem with recently bought apple phone, sorted out without fuss. Great array of products including the recently added washing machines, fridges, freezers, dishwashers and dryers. Store always clean and tidy when we’ve gone in.

I visited JB Hi-Fi on 20/02/2026 at around 17:33. While the staff member assisting me was helpful, the checkout experience was unacceptable. The checkout staff hit my hand with the receipt, which is unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I hope JB Hi-Fi takes this seriously and ensures all staff treat customers with respect.

Firstly, its nice to see such a close team that bond so well with each other. Creating a culture like this is not easy. People complaining that the staff are chatting and not mind readers is wild nFurther more, Nick was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable in assisting me in regards to buying a headset. He made sure I was comfortable, didnt rush me and reassured me not only my max price was $250 he found me solid headphones for not even close to that price and explained why they were beneficial for me and rest assured I was super pleased with it all.
