I am beyond frustrated and have officially lost all trust in this company. I paid for a 2-hour delivery and my address was correctly entered on my end, yet the company sent my order to a street with the same name in Pascoe Vale. The fault was entirely on the company’s end, and it resulted in a massive breach of my privacy.n​The initial handling of this was a total mess. After realizing their mistake, the woman I spoke to at the store said she would contact Uber and have it re-delivered immediately. However, I received no email, no notification, and no update. Having my private items sitting at a stranger's house in a different suburb with zero communication was incredibly distressing. I eventually requested a cancellation myself because there were no apologies offered at the time, and the lack of professional communication put a really bad taste in my mouth.n​To make matters worse, I was told support was closed on a Monday, leaving me in limbo for another day. The only saving grace was the store manager I spoke to on Tuesday; he was fantastic, admitted fault on their end, was remoursful, beyond professional, and ensured to follow up. However, the corporate response that followed incredibly tone-deaf. After the emotional distress and the hours I spent chasing them to fix their own mistake, I finally got my money back, and their 'apology' was a 30% discount code for their website, and 'training for staff'.n​To offer a sales incentive as a 'solution' for a massive privacy breach and failed 2-hour delivery is insulting. They clearly value a potential sale more than actual accountability. And from what I can see with the reviews on here, it's a common theme. They have lost a customer for good.
Amazing experience with Shelley today … swapped fromnClub x to sexyland because of the customer service from her. and would make sure I ask for her specifically when I go in next.nnReally good experience and great customer service. Had an amazing experience here, so many awesome products and the staff are so helpful! Shout out to Ashlee - she was incredible and helped my partner and I so much! She went above and beyond and had so much knowledge of the products. So grateful for the wonderful experience we have had here, we will definitely “cum” again
Was there around 8pm 01-24-25 and the woman in there was extremely rude, the poor delivery driver is only doing his job, imagine if you sign up to be a driver then told to complete the pick-up before you have confirmed the order, then if the order is wrong who do you think it falls back up? It's not the business uts the delivery driver, how do I know cause I'm a driver and it happens to me all the time,nHer service skills are why she would get abuse, try treating people with respect
