The atmosphere in this shop is so inviting. It's so well-designed and comfortable to browse. I love the way you've displayed your merchandise. Most of the our house furniture and appliances are from Harvey Norman Thomastown customer service provided by all staff in this store was out of this world. Absolutely thorough product knowledge from all staff involved and they were pleasant and extremely helpful.nnYesterday Husband and I went to get new bed and Ferm mattress not only do they have a huge range on display , the customer service experience we received from salesgirl Jody…was honestly outstanding. Product knowledge was amazing. Gave us a range of options explaining in detail each matress. Was polite, patient , not pushy at all. The best sales experience we hadnnOverall The purchasing process was fast, simple and seamless. Staff always helped us on every single things with good deals of price and varieties of optionsnnHighly recommend to go there for the best deals, best servicennSpecially thnks to Jody ..to make our shopping more easier……
This is how our washing machine was delivered, I would say that it would have been damaged from a height at their storeroom.nnA rental truck arrived with one person that didn’t have a tail lift on the rear to lower the WM carefully down.nnHow could it be possible not to damage the product when your a one person operator footage was interesting to see and bubble wrapped?nnWe arranged the replacement via phone calls and emails etc our self’s , we dealt directly with their supplier ……no interest at all from the good guys to resolve, they called once and we had at that time already received the replacement rather comical - they will never ever see us again, although wouldn’t matter to them.nnThere a large identity probably wasting my time right now although -left me sign off by saying, it is like this at GG - it is all about the sale , and keep an eye when you walk in great salespeople .. so upon payment that is if anything is faulty or damaged - you will require a significant amount of Good luck.
Went to buy a coffee machine, small appliances sales girl Jaimee is great help, Jaimee explained everything about the machine so well that I had to spend minimum to no time reading product manual. Also there is something special about Harvey Norman Thomas Town staff whenever you go there they are great help.
Went in to buy a TV today and was served by David. Amazing service, got a good deal and TV I’m very happy with. Would definitely come back again.
