Thomastown Harvey Norman provided the best delivery service today. We ordered a fridge, dryer & washer online and it all came from different stores. I have had other companies deliver large items off in the box and leave but when I asked Phil from PLS Transport to install it he didn’t hesitate to do so. Phil was all by himself and carried the work out on his own without needing any guidance, definitely one of the strongest and helpful delivery drivers I have had to deal with.
I had such a fantastic experience with Andre from Harvey Norman, and this was entirely over the phone. I had some questions about a product I had already purchased, and he went above and beyond to assist me. Even without being face to face, his professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out.nnAndre was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn’t rush the conversation and made sure I fully understood the product and my options. It’s not often you receive customer service this thorough and attentive over the phone — it honestly felt like priority support.nnExceptional service like this makes a huge difference. Amazing service here! Everyone is very helpful and ready to answer to any questions that you have. You can see the product and also try it. Also if you are after a coffe machine you can try the coffe there from any of the demo.nThe place is quite and not crowded most of the time,which is very good for shopping around. Really suggest this store. Go and check it out! 5 star!
