This store has the friendliest, most attentive staff I have ever come across in a big retailer. Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable of all their products. Highly recommend this store for all your electronic needs. Thank you for such a welcoming experience, I'll definitely be back. In particular I wanted to mention Josh A who assisted me when selecting a lap top that suited my needs. He definitely knew his stuff and explained things in a way that someone with very little tech knowledge could understand. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

I will never step foot into this store if my life depended on it. I went into the Good Guys Thomastown to purchase a TV. Camera footage clearly showed me pointing at a TV that I wanted and was not given. I was given and purchased a completely different TV from the one I selected. When I returned to the store to resolve this issue, first the staff said I was able to exchange but pay a 20% amount as the TV had been opened but then REFUSED to provide me with either a refund or an exchange stating that the TV had hours of usage on it when it had only been used once until my husband noticed the quality was poor and it was not the TV we discussed to purchase I was on the phone in the camera footage. I have never met staff so rude in my life.nnThe staff member that I was dealing with Daniel apparently store manager from the TV section had an eyebrow piercing and needs to brush his teeth. Where are the uniform standards? He was a nightmare.nThe girls are the front desk where giggling and laughing when customers were standing around. This isn’t a coffee shop. One girl  had lollipop in her mouth. Doesn’t get more unprofessional than that. I have escalated to CAV and ACCC.

Definitely Recommend this Store Staff here really helpful specially at Main Counter.  I can tell they know the meaning of customer service and hot to welcome their Customers. I have purchased few items from this store so far Prices are reasonable too.

3 steps into the shop smiling Emily greeted me and immediately assisted with my purchase.She was very professional and answered all my questions. I then went to  pay for my purchase and charming Miriam was very knowledgeable and offered different payment options to my benefit. I met Cameron in the parcel pick-up area, he too was very friendly and assisted in unpacking my purchase....but better still he came to my rescue and retrieved my car keys from my locked boot. I tipped him a free lunch. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'm very happy with my dyson.
