I went with my daughter to get a washing machine and came across Dragi A, who helped us through all the washing machines making sure we got the right one.. we then said we would walk around a bit have a look and decided to get an outdoor security camera and he came and helped us to find one that suits our needs, he was so helpful so we brought that too. But besides the purchase he was so friendly and made sure we got the best of both for our budget and I can’t thank him enough because both are better then what I expected..nSo I thank you Dragi you are an amazing person and great at your job..

The service is hopeless. I've always headed to The Good Guys because they're convenient. But that illusion fades rapidly when something goes wrong. Firstly they make you wait on the phone for hours. Then they make every excuse to avoid fixing it. We've had a dishwasher that broke after 5 uses. We've been waiting 6 weeks for a part. For an expensive cooker and rangehood for which I got Gold Extras cover it to 5 months for the rangehood issue to be resolved. Now I have an issue with the stove where the top wasn't sealed and liquids seeped into the electronics. It took me 30 minutes to finally talk to someone.nnThe fact that their phone line answering service will always say that they're extremely busy and it's best to go into the store suggests that they place little emphasis on after sales service.nnI'm going to do my best to try every alternative before going to The Good Guys again. There's a Harvey Norman next door to them, which is handy.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and where it would be, but then I ended up not being able to find it. I asked Zaakirah at the service counter if she was able to help me and despite not being on the floor she helped me hunt down what I was after. I ended up being served by 2 people who were both extremely friendly and were more than happy to help and find solutions. I also bought a fridge and washing machine from here a couple of years ago and the team were also extremely helpful back then. I would say the Good guys Thomastown is a pretty dang good store. Thank you!

I recently visited The Good Guys to purchase a fan, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was quite poor and not at all friendly. I felt unwelcome and as though my queries were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer.nnWhen making a purchase, especially in-store, basic courtesy and helpfulness make a big difference. Sadly, that was missing during my visit. I hope the store works on improving its customer service, as it greatly impacts the overall shopping experience.

I had an amazing experience at The Good Guys thanks to Kat! She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I needed. Kat went above and beyond by explaining the differences between products, giving honest recommendations, and making the whole shopping process so much easier.nnIt’s rare to receive service this good, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Kat, for making my visit such a positive one! Highly recommended!
