Rose is an absolute asset to this store, she went above and beyond for us as customers. She collected a stroller attachment from another store on her day off so we didn’t have to wait for a new batch to arrive. Wonderful customer service and genuine advice provided. Can’t thank her enough.

Every time I’ve gone to Baby Bunting Thomastown it has been an enjoyable experience. In particular I’d like to make a special mention to Melinda, who has been so friendly and knowledgeable of all the products in store, not just one area. She has been patient with me and happy to answer my endless questions being a first time parent which can be daunting navigating through all the products. She has gone above and beyond to help me and I look forward going back knowing she will be there to assist me. Thank you Melinda!

As first-time parents, Baby Bunting Thomastown has been our go-to store for all things baby-related. The range of baby items is extensive, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our countless questions, making our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.nnWe even had our car seats installed here, and the installer went into great detail during our car seat fitting. He not only showed us how to properly use the product but also highlighted its safety features, which was reassuring.nnThe only downside we've encountered is the rewards program. While we appreciate the concept, we believe it could be improved to better reward loyal customers who frequently spend a significant amount. With a more robust rewards system, Baby Bunting Thomastown would truly stand out as a top-notch destination for new parents.

Just walked out and decided to not purchase anything out of pure frustration.nTwo staff members having a personal conversation in the middle of the store. Waited for assistance which never came. Then look over to see there are now 4 staff members having a personal conversation. While there are customers walking around the store. I am not sure if the break room is in the middle of the store and I made the mistake of attending during their break time.nTerrible customer service and lack of awareness from the staff.

Wow, wish I read the reviews before wasting my time visiting here for the first time. As many others have said this place has absolutely shocking customer service.nnStaff are too busy trying to avoid you, no greetings nor eye contact despite spending an hour+ in the store. When I finally found someone to ask for assistance a lady said someone would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes still no assistance and then saw that the original lady I approached had entered a casual conversation with another coworker after she was done with her customer... finally had enough and left.nnSo unprofessional and really upsetting when you are trying to get the info and assistance you need as an overwhelmed first time parent.nnWill not be returning nor supporting Baby Bunting.
