Bought a baby monitor from here. Malfunctioned, so got it replaced. This one malfunctioned as well. Took it back and say we wanted to refund it to buy another brand, woman refused. Explained that I believed it feel under a major issue, so we were entitled to a repair. Went back and forth for a bit, but even though I remained level headed, the cashier started shouting and threatened to call the police.

Very knowledgeable staff and a pretty decent range. Sometimes hey could do with a few more staff on the shop floor. They also fit the child car seats which is an excellent service.
