Yasmine was fantastic to deal with when we purchased the Baby Brezza. She took the time to walk us through the product, explained all the features clearly, and made sure we understood how everything worked. Her knowledge and helpful attitude made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.

Great store, was clean, items very well displayed & easy to access to see how items. good quality products, staff helpful & knowledgeable with choosing larger items, bedding etc. Would recommend Baby Bunting Thomastown store.

I have been to this store around 6 times and more often have a bad experience  than a good one. It is hard to find someone to help you if you need to ask questions. I think I have been asked if I need help once, otherwise I will go and ask a team member which is fine but also would be nice to be asked. They are very concerned about returns/exchanges even though it says on their policy they allow refunds within 30 days if the item is unused and in saleable condition. We bought the wrong size love to dream swaddle and they didn’t have a replacement size so we asked for a refund, but they only offered us a store credit. They said this was due to us already exchanging something the previous day, which makes no sense, as we also spent more money doing the exchange yesterday. Some staff are lovely but the ones that completed our exchanges didn’t have the best customer service. Unsure if this is company pushing them to decline exchanges and they get in trouble for doing refunds, if that’s the case then the company should really change their policy so it’s not misleading. This is frustrating as we’d rather have the money back and go elsewhere to buy items where we have a better experience.

I am very disappointed with the poor communication between the online and in-store teams.I placed an online order for a baby bottle. While the function is the same, the graphic design on the bottle I received was completely different from the image on the website. I specifically ordered it for the design shown.I contacted Live Chat for an exchange, and they promised a store representative would call me back to arrange it. However, the store later told me the specific animal design I wanted was already out of stock and they had sent a random design instead.If a different design is being sent due to stock issues, the website image must be updated or clearly indicate that the designs are sent randomly.I even paid extra for fast delivery, but this entire response has been very disappointing. I am hesitant to make another purchase.

I had my car seat installed today by Bailey and couldn’t be happier with the service. He not only fitted the car seat capsule securely but also set up the seat cover, and baby mirror. Bailey took the time to explain everything in detail, which was incredibly helpful as a first-time mum. His professionalism and thoroughness made the whole process stress-free – I would highly recommend this service.
