What a great experience! Not only did I attend my car install appointment with half a car seat, the Thomastown team were able to assist with a number of queries I had - including lodging a warranty claim for a different car seat through Effie, which Mick handled and provided a spare car seat to use and even installed it for me! I am heavily pregnant so really appreciated this. I re-attended the next day and the team Victoria was able to install my car seat eventhough I had booked it for the week after! She also checked my other seat's install.nnFrom Victoria, to Effie to Mick - it has been an absolute pleasure and experience to seamlessly assist my needs at the shop. I wish other businesses fostered such a positive and helpful culture that feed through to experiences such as this. What a superstar team they are, thank you!
Absolutely disgracefulnWent today with a girlfriend walked around for at least 30minutes today 21/11/24nHoping to buy some stuff as an expecting mother and not one person in store said hello or asked if we needed any assistance!!! And yet there there was few stuff members just waking around doing nothing !

Had my mum taken into the hospital on the day we’ve booked seat fittings, not able to help my mum with changing bookings and just overall adding more stress. To top it off, we could hear a group of people gossiping about her right after thinking they ended the call with us. Thanks Baby Bunting for this experience!nnHowever incredible job to the car seat technician Stewart, he had explained the seat mechanisms and did an amazing job with fitting 3 baby seats into a small Nissan Tiida.
Rose is an absolute asset to this store, she went above and beyond for us as customers. She collected a stroller attachment from another store on her day off so we didn’t have to wait for a new batch to arrive. Wonderful customer service and genuine advice provided. Can’t thank her enough.
