I visited the store today 6 January 2026 and was served by Jess. Previously I bought my cat food which he did not like. When I went back, Jess refunded the product and spent over 15 minutes educating us about the different kinds of cat food which my cat may like. She asked lots of questions to make sure she understood which products to recommends. She then recommended a couple of products which my cat loved. Excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Stephanie is amazing! She is keen to know what your dogs are doing at home. She took the time with Kai and his stubbornness and we really were able to finish the class learning all the cues. Highly recommend
They seem to always find excuses for not price matching. I was told they no longer price match with 77 paws, yet another Petbarn outlet was able to do so a few days later. Why the inconsistency? Staff are also super opinionated and talk to you like you’re a child. I’ll stick to Petbarn South Morang, where the staff are kind, happy to price match without excuses, and speak to you with respect.
Staff were knowledgeable and shared their experiences thank you for fitting Cooper new harness at Thomastown store.
