A few years ago we've bought a bed at Rise+Shine and the bed is great, but it is their their client service management where Rise+Shine Thomastown truly excels! We recently moved back to the Netherlands and during the move a vital part of our bed got lost – a part I couldn't find anywhere in the Netherlands. One email to Jeff Doell was enough to get the part (and an extra spare part) shipped over. No questions asked and without any charges. A great customer experience and I would recommend Rise+Shine Thomastown to anyone!
