Pro-tip - if you are going to this store never interact with any female staff. They are rude, unhelpful and would leave you frustrated/disrespected with the way they talk. Zero customer service.nYou will try to be a good and jolly customer but they just won’t treat you with basic respect how a human should treat other human. Not sure if this attitude was racially motivated or they are just this way. Hope someone will take note of this and give some feedback to them.
I bought a new bed 2, 3 weeks back, assembled guite nicely, but its a nightmare to sleep, its noisy as hell, the bed makes squeaky noise when ever i move, even i lift my leg it nakes noise!nWhat to do?
Fantastic Furniture was GOOD we bought a couch from here but the bad thing is that they told us once we get the couch it will be bigger than what's showed and nobody is aloud to go on the top bunk bed witch is kind of annoying if you have kids and they want to test it but other then that you should go to FANTASTIC FURNITURE!
Went into the store in a jolly mood this morning only to find that their staff was not welcoming and did not come up to ask if i needed assistance and when i went up to ask about the best prices they could offer, i was only answered by someone from the back. Felt very disappointed and now i will seek furniture elsewhere
Bought Idella Single Mattress, however, pretty disappointed with the quality. Not at all comfortable for adults or kids. Worst purchase.
