The wardrobes that we purchased are of average quality.nThe customer service from Fantastic furniture is anything but fantastic.nWe waited 3 months for our order and communication from them was non existent!nI emailed and phoned on a number of occasions. I was told by one person that as soon as the wardrobes were in they would call me and this did not happen.nI would not recommend buying from them
I would highly recommend dealing with Sandy. She is honest and helpful. She mentioned the Black Friday sale and advised us when we visited the store in Thomastown .We saved $300, including delivery fees. Happy customer.
Spent at least 30 mins in the store, and not one person offered to assist me. It would seem its more important to stand behind the desk and only speak to customers if they are approached by a customer ! I'll take my money elsewhere to buy couches,mattresses, and tv units .
Great place to buy furniture. Staff are all friendly and willing to do what they can to help make sure you get your items. Really affordable too!
Be cautious when providing contact details. Our couch came with rusted screws and washers. We ordered online, but it was delivered from this location.
