Had the most wonderful customer service experience here today, 28th of December in the morning! The two women were so quick to help us decide on the furniture we needed & added in such great discussion and compliments in the conversation as well. Considering they’re taking time away from their families to work and assist us with such kindness and love during the holidays is so refreshing and lovely to see. Wish I got their names, you were both lovely!!!!
Great if you're on a tight budget. Very good package deals for lots of furniture. Every chance of fitting out the unit or rental for less than $1500 in 2026. Very wide selection of furniture. It's the cost-effective type.
I am really disappointed with the Sleepeadic queen mattress I bought from this store. It is nothing like how it felt in-store when I bought it. The moment it arrived and I laid down, I called up to complain and received the “we don’t accept returns” conversation. The product was nothing like its store version. This is essentially false advertising. It’s been months and I’ve resorted to sleeping on my couch because the mattress gives me more pain than a good sleep, and I’m 1k down with no resolutions or help from your team. As a loyal costumer of years, this has been so disheartening.
rubbish customer service gotnmy daughter a king single bed with delivery costing me more then $1000 did not mention anything about being assembled and now they’re telling me I have to hire somebody to come and assemble it for me which is ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to go to fantastic furniture Thomastown
Fantastic Furniture was GOOD we bought a couch from here but the bad thing is that they told us once we get the couch it will be bigger than what's showed and nobody is aloud to go on the top bunk bed witch is kind of annoying if you have kids and they want to test it but other then that you should go to FANTASTIC FURNITURE!
