I knew there was a condition of purchase that with heavy items that someone would have to be there to help the driver unload. But the experience I had was really unacceptable and I will never be buying from them again. Firstly, I think the fact they expect you to pay for delivery at not a particularly cheap price either and then have to unload your own items is really a cop out to cut costs on having to pay for 2 delivery drivers like all other companies delivering furniture do to ensure there is good customer service. Secondly, they could not guarantee a delivery time even just down to a few hours they wanted someone to be home for a time bracket of 10.30am-5.30pm for the delivery to turn up anytime in that bracket on a weekday, meaning if you work a 9-5 Mon-Fri job then good luck! You will have to take a day off work to sit around and wait for a delivery, because if you are young, fit and healthy enough to be lifting your own furniture off a truck, chances are you probably work. Thirdly, if the company is going to expect the customer to get their own orders off their truck then they need to supply the correct tools/facilities to ensure the safe lifting of heavy items. My order was a +80kg mirror dresser and they brought the item in a VAN not a truck with a tray to get the item to the ground safely with no lifting equipment or tray to get it off the back just a tiny bag trolley for the item to drop to the ground on. That is a law suit waiting to happen! And lastly, if you expect the customer to have a fit and able person to be there to HELP the delivery driver then you need to send a FIT AND ABLE delivery driver because sending a 60+ year old little man who was obviously struggling and not able to lift leaving almost the whole process to a young woman on her own is honestly a joke! Really unhappy! Only reason it wasn’t 1 star was because the item itself was as expected and a decent quality, but if I knew the service was going to be this bad I wouldn’t have purchased the item.
Amazing product, affordable and great customer service. I would highly recommend My-Furniture to anyone that wants to buy furniture. I ordered my product online and changed the order the next day, the staff over the phone were extremely helpful and prompt with my request. They were friendly and had great customer service. My order still arrived on the same day my first order was meant to arrive I ordered it on a Friday, and it was here on Monday The tracking was fantastic too, you could watch it on its way and it arrived exactly ontime. The delivery man was also very helpful. Most importantly the product is fantastic, looks as beautiful as it does in the pictures. If your looking to buy furniture online, this is the company to choose! I will be shopping here again. Easily the best online shopping experience I have ever had - on all fronts!
Mirrored drawers developed cracks after 8 months. Has not been abused. No knobs tightened as suggested. 12 month warranty means nothing to them. Not used much at all. The answer given by 'the owner' is better than the rubbish I got over the phone. The drawers were not damaged or bumped, the cracks simply appeared. I would suggest that the glass was under stress since manufactured, particularly since I noticed that the glass is actually curved. I would also like to draw your attention to the photo where chips from drilling the holes are clearly visible. I will keep you to your offer of a replacement drawer as I am sure you would get many damaged drawers as they are from china. But please don't give me that BS about being damaged after delivery as this is untrue. Now months have passed with no offer of a drawer from another damaged unit!!
You'll be hard-pressed to beat the quality of the furniture at my-furniture. When I recently ordered a bed, it was delivered in record time and it was simple to assemble. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be back next time we need furniture.
Excellent customer service, and next day delivery too. Very impressed with the service and they even have a show room so you can view your pieces before you buy. What's not to love!

Nice furniture but the customer service is below ZERO went to buy some furniture walked out without buying because of the customer service. I think the below comment was written by their own staff!!
Not happy at all with the communication and they were not helpful in any way after they delivered my damaged tall boy would not recommend anyone to buy from this place they need to fix the problem than say nothing they can do. Didn't make any effort what so ever to to fix the damage goods they delivered not happy at all.
Ordered the Vegas mirrored bedside tables & tallboy and i could not be happier with them! They are so elegant. Reasonably priced too!
