Walked in by accident and very glad I did ! Vanessa was lovely to deal with and very helpful . The price for the product I wanted (Quickstep vinyl) was the best I've sourced in Melbourne and where other places said it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, she arranged stock for delivery in a few days. Excellent all round and thoroughly recommended.

Excellent display of a magnificent amount of carpets... lots of different styles and colours. Looking for a great quality carpet or something to match existing carpet, this is where to go . Ask for Sylvia or Vanessa. Extremely professional people who know their carpets. Very friendly and classy workmanship.

Terrible customer service. We visited this store last Saturday morning. We were the only customers in the store with two people working. We browsed for 15 minutes and when no one offered any assistance or even a simple hello in that time, we left disgusted. We then went next door to Floorworld and received amazing service immediately.
