Bilby Shoes also produces Pedorthic custom-made orthotics including AFO's & inserts, and custom-made medical grade footwear. Digital gait analysis is also available with the advanced TekScan MobileMat; great for falls & balance assessments, and the FScan in-shoe pressure-mapping system for high-risk diabetic feet & foot ulcer prone clients. We're registered providers with the NDIS, TAC & SWEP, For private health insurance rebates please contact your provider first."

Wonderful experience with a very helpful young man as I needed my first orthopaedic shoes ever. Consultations are by appointment only so that you get their full attention.

David was amazing! He was a professional and polite, knowledgeable gentleman who helped with 2 shoes for my Diabetic mother.  Cheaper than everywhere else with exceptional service.  Look no further, this place has everything you need! 10/10 A++

I was refused service because of my medical status. The man that greeted me was extremely rude. According to the DHHS website it says a vaccine passport isn't required for essential items for children however it is required for non - essential items such as toys. There are a lot of grey areas. I appreciate you are following rules, however you were outright rude, there was no one else in the shop and you offered no option. You could of politely arranged to serve my daughter and had me wait outside. You have also now disclosed my vaccination status online which is a breach of my privacy.

The Service was Fantastic. I have extreme difficult feet to fit , but i didn't in any way feel i was too much Trouble for the Gentleman who served me. Absolutely a knowledgeable staff member. Highly recomend the store i attended in Thomastown. Thank You to the Staff Member David.

Very great, friendly and helpful customer service! Walked straight in for the first time and the worker who served me was very nice. He made a few jokes here and there and asked me a lot of questions. Would strongly recommend. Worker served me at 4:02pm

Bilby shoes are fabulous... i have been going there for years and the staff are fabulous. The service is unbeatable as you have the qualified staff who ensure your shoes are perfectly fitted. They also check whether the kids are walking properly. My son had orthotics inserted the heels of his to overcome his awkward stance. This has corrected his issue and he hasnt looked back. If it wasnt for the care of the staff at Bilby's he would have had issues later in life.  Big thank you Bilby's...
