Poor customer service. We bought 6m sq of tiles and change our mind about the color a week later and decided to exchange it with another color from the shop that we liked. They haven't accepted our request because the tiles we bought were at the end of stock. It was a 500$ purchase and I don't think it would have been a big miss for them to change the tile against another type but for us it was.
Try to find a very old tile for section repair. San Marco reply the enquiry within 24 hours. And supply the tile next day.

I recommend the team at San Marco to all at home on a residential level to any builder on a large comercial scale. San Marco have a great product range. Customer service from procurement through to delivery is absolutely second to none. Thank you!
Good customer service by lovely and experienced staff. The range there are absolutely gorgeous. Prices are so good for such quality tiles. Strongly recommend everyone to shop there.
AVOID! Terrible customer service. Rude staff . Stood there for 15 minutes and had to ask for assistance. They limit the amount of sample tiles to 3 only. When I asked to take five sample tiles and pay in full for the cost of the tiles they still refused. I would most definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Take your hard earned dollar elsewhere.
Today I was an absolute mess as I chose the wrong tile colour for my kitchen..after making a call to James, the heavens opened up! Thank you San Marco tiles, in particular James for helping me solve the problem & deliver on the same day!!! I mean c'mon...absolute team effort on their behalf. I can't thank you enough for your patience & kindness... Want tiles?? Go to the best San Marco tiles Thomastown. Go Foggia!!! Sincere appreciation Silv Milione
This place has a great range of tiles but what shame in their customer service. I pretty much got ganged up on and was told off for asking for clean tiles. I was basically told that i can take it or leave it as they are and if I'm not happy with the dirty tiles to just leave them and go. I've never experienced such offensive customer service. What a real disappointment!!!
