I recently ordered a pair of Muay Thai shin guards from Fight Factory Australia and had an awesome experience. They even upgraded my order to express shipping free of charge, which was a great surprise! I’ve always heard good things about Fight Factory from the people I train with, and now I can see why super reliable, great customer service, and quick delivery. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality gear. Will definitely be purchasing my gear through the fight factory from now on!
Great quality Gi’s, they gave me a free upgrade to express shipping, sent out super fast and great to deal with when an item was missing, they replied quickly and shipped the item straight away. Definitely would purchase through here again!
Disappointed with the experience. I ordered a pair of gloves 11 days ago, with the website stating 3–5 day delivery. After several follow-ups where I was told the item had already been sent, I only just received an email today from Australia Post confirming they picked it up today. So it took 11 days just to dispatch, with delivery still to come.nnHad I known the delay would be this long — and that I’d be given inaccurate updates — I would have ordered elsewhere. Poor communication and completely unreasonable turnaround time for a simple item. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Great pricing on really high quality products. Also friendly service.
