The gym itself is friendly, quite clean and well resourced. I’d love to give it five stars. However, I’ve walked out again because of the gutter music selected. I lodged a complaint at the counter and also emailed Derrimut about it, but I can see that they’re not listening. I feel very uncomfortable listening to black American singers dropping the N word every five seconds and talking about their pornographic sex exploits and misogynistic attitudes. Unbelievable in this day and age where we are meant to be standing up for women and respect. It seems even the muscle bound gym stars are too cowed to speak up or not thinking about what’s being put into their heads.

I'll start off by saying Derrimut gym is awesome I'm a member of a different location which i give 5 stars. I went to this one to train and it was a big mess there were dumbbells lying all over the floors more so than what were sitting on the racks and the toilets weren't kept very clean. Some of the equipment seemed to have a lot of wear with labels missing from a fair few weights. Overall its a huge gym with a ufc octagon which is pretty cool and there's plenty of machines to choose from. Just needs to be kept cleaner and I'd have given 5 stars, to be honest i think 3 and a half stars is a fair rating but on here i can only give 3 or 4 stars.

Great gym at lowest possible price for annual membership. Wide variety of equipments, some of which you can't find in any other gym nearby; for example, the abdominal workout equipment. Lots of treadmills and elliptical trainers. Huge floor area for boxing and ample space with floor matts for other activities. Friendly staff. Good going guys keep it up.
