I wish to leave 5 star to this gym but ..nWhy no one is cleaning this place how can be so dirty?nnWhy there is no fresh air?- open the rollers for a fresh air to come in ,smells inside nnBathroom filthy and smelly clean the vents fix the aircon. nnThere is a no coffee at the gym seriously?nnAnd if this is resolved definitely this place deserves 5 star review till then is 1 .
A big shout-out to Derrimut Gym for their amazing customer service.nnToday was a public holiday, and I went around to a few gyms including my old gym hoping to sign up again after a while, but most of them had no staff around. When I went to Derrimut, the staff were not only there but were super friendly and helpful.nnAiva, in particular, was lovely! She helped me finish all the forms and complete my sign-up in just a few seconds. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth and easy the whole process was.nnGreat experience, 5 STAR customer service!nHighly recommend Derrimut Gym.
I can excuse the lack of functional sinks the the women’s bathrooms and broken equipment, but there’s no need for the receptionists to blast the music so loud it physically hurts at the treadmills, and can be heard through $500 noise-cancelling headphones.nI’d would be nice if they were open towards polite requests, but any times I’ve asked if they could turn it down just slightly they’ve become passive aggressive.nA bit of a shame.nnEdit: it’s a gym yeah, not a techno rave. Fix your music.
I appreciate the lovely Pilates instructors, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the studio. The dust and dirt on the floor and reformer made it difficult to enjoy my class. Additionally, the temperature control is inconsistent; either the air conditioning is set too high, or it isn't on at all.
Love that there are a variety of equipment. Clean. Not busy when the 3 of us went. Staff were friendly.
