We recently traveled from Perth to Melbourne and had the opportunity to train at Dominance in Thomastown.nnFrom the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Mim at reception and Head Coach Lincoln on the mats. The atmosphere was wonderful - every member we met was friendly, and the gym has cultivated a truly special culture.nnThe level of skill across the board is impressive, and Lincoln went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. His hospitality, combined with the gym’s professional yet welcoming environment, made our experience exceptional.nnWe can't praise or recommend Dominance enough, and we will definitely be back next time we're in Melbourne!

Great gym for all levels. Started training at Dominance a few years ago, despite having no experience in martial arts I felt welcomed and now consider the gym my second home. Amazing community and great coaching by Wilson, Linc and the rest of the coaching staff. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I have trained at a lot of gyms and this is the first gym where I notice the coaches actually care for their team weather they fight or just their to build skills and accomplish their own goals.nnIt’s an extremely family friendly gym. A lot of the family’s that come in always seem to walk out just as happy as they do coming in!nnEvery class has a lot of thought put into it to help the people coming in to train build on their skills and do better with their technique and fitness goals!nnIf your looking for a gym for yourself, your child, friend or family member to build amazing social skills, fitness goals and confidence i couldn’t recommend a better gym to come train at. I started my Muay Thai journey at Dominance earlier on in the year and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Classes are fun and challenging, and Coach Wilson really highlights the values of discipline and mindset throughout training which is greatly appreciated. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, welcoming and eager to improve, and you can really feel the inclusive gym culture the moment you set foot on the mat!

I’ve been training at Dominance since I was a teenager and I’ve always felt welcomed and safe. Wilson is patient and friendly, and his teaching skills are unmatched. At this gym you’ll learn quickly, achieve your goals, make lifelong friendships and feel excited to train.
