Through training hard and training smart we forge strong wills, strength of character, and a sense of self than can only come from daily challenging ourselves in our chosen art - BJJ, Muay Thai, or MMA.

At Dominance MMA we provide you with a positive training environment, passionate highly skilled coaches, top level facilities and the challenges to keep you and those around you improving and progressing. Combined with your own commitment and passion we ensure you get the absolute most from every moment training on the mat with us and off the mat as well!

We recently traveled from Perth to Melbourne and had the opportunity to train at Dominance in Thomastown.nnFrom the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Mim at reception and Head Coach Lincoln on the mats. The atmosphere was wonderful - every member we met was friendly, and the gym has cultivated a truly special culture.nnThe level of skill across the board is impressive, and Lincoln went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. His hospitality, combined with the gym’s professional yet welcoming environment, made our experience exceptional.nnWe can't praise or recommend Dominance enough, and we will definitely be back next time we're in Melbourne!
I had the privilege of training Jiu Jitsu with Linc for 3 years. This club was incredibly welcoming of me during my time in Melbourne and the teaching is of the highest quality. A great club culture and world class experience for anyone wanting to give Jiu Jitsu a go or train at elite level. Highly recommend this gym!
Highly recommend!nThe atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. Our head coach Linc teaches in a way that is effective, engaging and thorough. Our other coaches are just as amazing and teach with the same principles. You can tell a lot of care and effort has been put in to make this place great. This gym is hard to beat.
By far the best MMA gym I have been too. I have been training BJJ for a few months and my progression has been very noticeable over a short period of time. There is high quality everywhere, through the coaches, the equipment and especially the people. I highly recommend attending the gym.
