Came here for my first time ever doing crossfit and the trainers were really supportive, helping me to learn technique so I can develop my base strength. It was a really good work out and trainers were really attentive to my needs and my abilities. Highly recommend this place!

12 months ago I decided I needed to get off my butt before I hit 40 and do something about my weight (115kg) and lack of fitness, after talking to a few of the fit guys at work about what they do, their was a common link CrossFit! So I started Googling and found 3 x CrossFit boxes close to home, after visiting all 3, CrossFit Dexterity stood out above the rest. The coaches Uwe and Trish where so encouraging, understanding and friendly, the cleanliness was very noticeable and the equipment looked to be near new and high quality. After completing the 2 week ramp-up with Uwe I was hooked, with 9 months under my belt now the results have been amazing, I have lost 11kg, I'm the strongest I have ever been, I have ran 2 x 15km fun runs and cant wait to get back into the Box to workout with the great people (which a call my friend now) which I think is the hidden secret to CrossFit Dexterity. If your looking for a CrossFit Box to call home or just use as a drop in if your traveling for work you cant go past CrossFit Dexterity its a 11 out of 10.

Whether you want to improve your health & fitness or attain a specialist skill, such as olympic weightlifting movements, gymnastics skills like your first pull up and more - excellent coaching, facilities and programming. You will get only the best :)
