Proactive Self Defence specialise in self defence programs to workplaces, schools and victims of crime. Our world class academy in Melbourne offers over 50 classes per week ;

2. Combat Sports; Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA & Grappling
3. Fitness; Cardio Kick Boxing & Personal training.

Classes for beginner to advanced as well as seperate junior, adult and family classes.

PROACTIVE Self Defence Seminars and workshops to; schools, workplaces and individuals: Personal Security, Practical Defence, Weapon defence, Womans Anti-rape, Kid Safe and Teen safe Programs delivered on site.

The PROACTIVE Academy is Melbourne's ultimate purpose built training centre for the serious martial arts / kickboxing enthusiast and beginners alike. Open 6 days per week; Fully matted, with 2 training levels; 'The Cage' boxing ring, bag circuit room & Cardio gym, & 'The Zen Room' fully matted training area for martial arts! Pro-Shop offers martial arts and fitness training supplies with advice and service from those who use the gear we sell. All up over 400 metres with excellent parking, conveniently located on the metropolitan ring road and only 15klms north of Melbourne CBD.
