I have been coaching with Adrian since February 2022 and wow where do I even begin. Firstly this is not your typical coach. Every coach these days know’s the basics of losing fat and gaining muscle. But want to know what makes him different? It’s his wealth of knowledge around holistic and gut health. If you are looking to not only transform your body but also take your health to the next level - this man right here is the coach for you.  Adrian is also very supportive and caring towards his clients. I’m still surprised how this man responds so promptly to my WhatsApp messages.  There is no doubt in my mind that Adrian cares more about his clients more than the client’s care about themselves. And that is what makes him unique. I trusted the process. I followed his guidance and got in the best shape of my life.

I picked Adrian from a line up of trainers from Fitness First years ago. He had the best body so I picked him as a trainer. Best way to get results is the right advice. The techniques he showed me were so good that I didn’t leave drenched in sweat, he just knows how to get results. I got some great results before my wedding and he was a pleasure to be trained by. Highly recommend him. He is down to Earth and doing what he loves.

I set on the journey with Adrian since August Last year with a goal of losing a little bit of weight.  I've been training for many years but without any guidance until one day I decided to bite the bullet and join Adept. Adrian is a friendly down to earth bloke who tells it how it is and his coaching style feels like your with a mate, Adrian is also well informed with all things Physio, Gut and Hair health concerns.  With the guidance of Adrian and his tweaks to nutrition and information to be more aware of nutrition holistically as to what you ingest, within 6 month we managed to drop the average weight down by 13kg and reduce bloat and inflammation. This is a testament to his wealth of knowledge and experience he has built over the years.  I have and will continue to advise my circle of his excellent service if they are considering hiring a coach.

Would recommend 10/10 coach, whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter. His knowledge of training & nutrition with your health being the #1 priority is refreshing and much needed in the industry. Not to mention his professionalism and motivation for you as his client is top notch. He'll never tell you BS that most people in the industry do nowadays and will always push you in the right direction resulting in you being the best version of yourself. You'd be missing out if you didn't hire Adrian as your coach.

Over the last year Adrian has taught me so much about myself and helped direct me into a lifestyle I wish I had earlier. Adrian is always there for any questions no matter if it seemed silly to me or not. Absolutely recommend, what a journey we’ve had!

I started working with Adrian because I wasn't sure how to start my fitness journey on my own. I'm a shift worker with long hours and an inconsistent roster. I found that most trainers I'd had in the past did not understand how to tailor a training programme around my job. Adrian was the first trainer that I felt listened and made a real effort to understand my busy lifestyle. With my job comes a lot of mental health issues which usually slow me down, but Adrian supported me through these times - another trait which I'd not experienced before with another trainer. He is patient, and a great motivator with an amazing, holistic view of health. Both my physical fitness and my mental fitness have improved dramatically in few months that I've been working with him. I would strongly recommend his service for everyone and anyone who is ready to start making some changes in their lives.

Met Adrian back in 2017 at thomastown derimut and from the start was always bubbly and made me feel welcome every day I went. Always took his time to say hello and give tips and pointers which made me feel very comfortable and confident in myself which over time stuck with me and made me take the jump to become one of his clients last year and the rest is history.  Couldn't recommend anyone better

I first started seeing Adrian in about 2019/2020. With the world being in shambles, I had to stop seeing him.  In mid 2022 I bit the bullet and reached out to him and it’s been a game changer. This man has been pushing me past what I thought were my limits and has passed on so much knowledge in relation to training, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle in such a short period.  Im glad I’m training with this legend coz he’s having such a positive impact on my life.  Whether you’re a female or male who wants a trainer who listens and pushes you to become a stronger you, get in contact with Adrian. He’s honestly an all rounder.

Was using Adrian's services a couple of years ago, he helped me hit my weight goal as well as smash some PBs on the big 3 lifts!

Adrian is a lovely person to have as a coach! He has helped me with my weight loss journey and has helped me stop my hair loss and helped me re grow most of my hair through diet and exercise. I cannot recommend him enough :
