Great cakes made fresh and well priced. We recently had two cakes for two different occasions from Santinas, they looked and tasted fantastic. One was for a special occasion, the other for s birthday, both were super cute and we were really happy with them both times. The unicorn one even had two different cake flavours in each layer. Also having to cater for special needs like NUT FREE was no issue for them at all and we didn't have any concerns about nuts. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Horrible customer experience. Third time in a row. We were given a voucher by our family and we went to use it. Firstly they didn't have anything from lunch menu up until 1 pm when their board says available from 12 pm onwards. Last time as well the oven wasn't hot and we were told pizzas couldn't be prepared until 2 pm (just wondering who comes at that time) so anyways we thought to order focaccia. The sandwiches looked stale, and the vegetables/ meat didn't look fresh at all. We could only use half the value of the voucher but the lady said we had to use it in one go, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the voucher. When we pointed this out, she called the manager through her phone and told us that this is the voucher policy. We cancelled the order and took the voucher back with us. The quality is absolutely low, wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option unfortunately. To hell with the voucher, but I'm not going back.

I was looked after by Cath today and can i say must of been one of the best expeiences I have ever had and her customer service skills where out of this world. Last minute birthday cake was the life of the party. Happy with the cake and am still so happy with the service I recived. Really took time to see what I needed and recommended an out of this world cake. Will defenitaly be back. Thanks again Cath.

The service was good, price range was avrg. I bought a chilled cheesecake, wasn't the best I've had, didn't taste fresh, the flavour was underwhelming. Not the greatest and not the worse, next time I go I will probably choose a diff cake.

Pizza is great but coffee was so worse a Nd the barista never smiles .
