Happy to provide a reference for Bargain car rentals. Booking easy, pick up shuttle from airport simple and quick response.nCar pick up and drop off equally as friendly, simple quick and efficient.nInterestingly, the cost was very competitive and was easily the cheapest compared with others.nWill definitely be looking at Bargain next time I need a rental.

Hired a small sedan for a long weekend. Most of their fleet are MGs.nOur car had no issues and was a smooth drive.nI had to change the pickup time to bring it forward by a couple of hours. Was straight forward once I reached them on the phone.nIf you take out the lowest level of insurance you are liable for the whole value of the car. Bit different to other car rentals I've used.

We recently rented an Audi SUV from Bargain Car Rentals and had a good experience overall. Registering and picking up the car was hassle-free, and we had no issues with the vehicle during our rental period. Although the shuttle service was slow to respond when we initially called, prompting us to take an Uber to the location, the timing on the return was much better, and we were able to use the shuttle without any problems. All things considered, this rental met our expectations and contributed to a positive trip. Would recommend for straightforward, reliable service.

The service given to me was horrendous. I questioned the car given as I booked through Expedia and it did not match the specification of the car I paid for and I went for the so called premium service. The guy kept yelling ‘SIMILAR’ and didn’t hear me out for one second I plan to do lots of driving in QLD and the charger I use for my phone is not the same, the car is old and won’t charge a modern iPhone - I have rented cars all over the world and never have I been given a car in this state. Do not use and I hope Expedia remove them from their searches as it only looks bad on a company that does offer customer service. I wish I looked at reviews prior to booking now as many others state the same issues I have had.

Fast efficient service eventually, great car that was reliable and affordable. However calling the place we waited 20mins on hold till the call was answered, the first person we spoke to was unable to assist us then cut us off, then never phoned back, getting our vehicle as our flight had been delayed he said there was nothing they could do and that we had to pick up the vehicle at our expense the next day!nWe phoned back as this was causing distress as we arrived late with kids and a nice person called Finn was able to sort out our vehicle to be picked up out of hours and made this totally easy for us to do. Thank you.  Overall once we dealt with Finn our experience was first class and hassle free.
