Had a fantastic experience, from start to finish the company has been fantastic.  Arrived and car booked wasn't available so ended up with an upgrade also.  Would recommend, car was immaculate, staff were lovely from the pick up/drop off shuttle to the lady who served me.  Price was great for a luxury audi for 3 days, car was lovely.  Would use again and definitely recommend.  Thanks

Never ever go to BARGAIN car rentals, Brisbane airport. The staff are very very rude and I faced aggressive behaviour from one of the lady at the counter.nI made a booking from Uber app for Toyota Corolla or similar, which is an intermediate car. But unfortunately, I landed up taking MG3 car where I was not able to fit baby seat in the car and it is so small as I have taken the car for couple of days thinking I can manage for my travel for a long distance of 300 to 400 km to and from.nThe car performance was so worst that I was not able to turn the vehicle. The steering is so hard that it doesn’t turn at the turning point, and the brakes doesn’t work when observed and seen the glass on car is alsondamaged and oil leaking from the car.nI went back at 8pm night seeing that it will be open till 9pm and assuming that they will be helping me with another conditioned car. But adding to that situation, they have offered me another MG3 car, whereas it is worst than the previous one and then asked about the Toyota Corolla. They were very rude that they only have compact cars that is MG3 cars and they will not be giving me any Toyota Corolla or the similar one. I have paid for child seat in the car and asking for the change of the seat from the previous car to the other car that they have given. The lady said that she is not going to change the seat, then I said I cannot change the baby seat as I don’t have any knowledge of changing the baby seat. The lady came out of the reception with an irritating mode and pulled out the baby seat from the car and throwed it literally in the road to fix it in the other car by myself. By seeing that incident I felt very bad and was telling her that you cannot be so rude me whereas I don’t know to fix it. She went away stating that she needs to serve other customers.nThis was very frustrating and I returned the keys asking for a refund and they were arguing with me stating no refund and to check with Uber whereas I made a payment to BARGAIN car rentals, and that’s clearly mentioned on my bank statement that I made a payment to BARGAIN car rentals. But literally the receptionist at the counter was very rude and embarrassed me in front of everyone that she is not going to refund and not going to give me the car. Adding to it there was a guy another receptionist who was arguing and forcing this lady to not give me another car and I need to check with Uber. Which left me in hopeless situation for My money and safety. He was threatening me that he is going to call the cops, I said him to call because I didn’t do anything wrong and I was mindful of the facts.nnThey are not trustworthy. I recommend not to have a car from Bargain car rentals has the cars doesn’t ride up to the mark. There are chances of accident and safety concerns so that is the reason they are offering for an insurance when taking the car because they are aware of the car condition and they are sure with poor performances of the car, we will not be able to drive properly and would involve in an accident.nnI don’t recommend taking any car with BARGAINS and facing such rude receptionists

Really happy. I got a car at Brisbane airport. It was great, drove really well and easily. It was an auto MG, really nice car. Lovely, kind shuttle drivers both ways. Excellent value. Just remember to return your car before 8.30 pm as last shuttle goes then!! I didn't realise and cut it a bit fine but they went the extra mile, literally. Will definitely use them again.

I was skeptical of booking with Bargain Cara given the reviews on google. But I took the chance and wasn’t disappointed.nnWhen we arrived there was a long line but it was also at a very busy time, but took 35 mins. Thanks to Jonida for being super friendly and taking care of us during check in and letting us know the policies to make sure we are safe.nnThanks to Patrick who also assisted us over phone with some concerns we had and being super attentive and understanding.nnDrop off was quick and easy… even gave it a quick rinse before returning it.nnBut hats off to Lawrence our shuttle driver who went up and beyond the call of duty to return our bag we left in the shuttle.nnHonestly, waiting is part of the process and can’t expect things to be on demand all the time. But was really happy with service and prices that bargain Bne branch gave. Look forward to the next time.

Bargain car rental was fantastic!  The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the car was clean and well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable. I was very impressed by the shuttle service pick up at Brisbane Airport
