Not too bad. Pick up point at International terminal needs to be more detailed, customer friendliness from driver would be appreciated. Don't enforce excess if you already have third party insurance. Lights were dim and window wiper was coming off. Overall we got what we paid for. Vehicle suited our needs.

Overall, a great experience. The staff at the counter were very welcoming and warm, a special thanks to Binny, who was incredibly helpful and gave us a wonderful reception. The car itself was excellent: very clean, a recent model, and with low mileage. My only complaint is that the phone customer service was very difficult to reach. However, given the great value for money, I still highly recommend them!

This was the worst car rental we came across, we rented 4 cars, definitely will not revisit their service or recommend. We have been to Perth and definitely i don't think Australia is preaching bad service to tourists, the staff here seemed  didn't get paid enough salary to showered such bad service and attitude to the customers. 1. Shuttle bus driver was extremely rude, our first experience after touched down at Brisbane Australia was ruined! 2. Counter reception was empty and we waited 5 minutes before someone miraculously appear! Philly hope the name is spelled right was extremely Friendly, the only Good experience we gotten. But as we got 4 cars, the other 2 car was processed by another staff, whom again was also extremely rude. 3. We were then given the car remote control and expected to find the car ourselves in the garage! Of course No assistance to guide us on the car operation and visual inspection.. Wow.. ! 4. All 4 cars were dirty and dusty .. great! 5. Unclear statement were emailed to us on the toll usage, but our credit card were deducted with higher charges.

Great company friendly service and easy to book. The car I rented was so nice. Basically brand new, clean and impressive modern technology. I love bargain rentals because they only take a $1 security deposit when you purchase premium insurance. The last company I used asked for $1000 and holds it for 4 weeks. Bargain saves the headaches for me and will be the only Brisbane rental service I use from now on

Excellent experience from start to finish. The shuttle arrived promptly after we landed, and the driver was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The hire car was in great condition, exactly what we needed, and the pricing was very competitive.nReturning the car was just as easy. We stepped straight out of the hire car and onto the shuttle, and were quickly on our way to the airport with no waiting around. The whole process was smooth, hassle-free, and well organised.nThank you to the team for providing such great service. We would happily use this company again and highly recommend them to others.
