Front entry was blocked by some cars. However friendly staff.  Thorough with inspection before the hire.

AVOID AVOID AVOID dreadful place and service. overcharged thirteen dollars for the car. I was charged a $750 security deposit though I was quoted $200. They lost my sat nav due to a defective console leaving me to drive around Brisbane with no Sat Nav before posting the Sat Nav back to me two weeks later and the final insult I HAD TO PAY THE POSTAGE!!!!!!!! Staff from start to finish and Im pretty sure I dealt with all of them were the most unhelpful dismissive crew I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact Cannot say enough bad or negative things about this place avoid avoid avoid
