Excellent service. The very capable staff member who checked out my hire car was there promptly at drop off time upon opening at 7:30am three days later. The car was inspected, petrol tank had been filled up on the way and I was on my way out in absolutely no time. Customers are treated like valued guests and I thoroughly recommend Europcar Brisbane City Commercial Eagle Farm. A++ in every way: initial booking, email acknowledgement of the booking, check in, check out, explanation of the contract and final wave off after handing in the key and being told: “Thank you for looking after our vehicle so well.”
My car went to the panel shop for a few days. These guys were chosen to give me a rental car. I was meant to get a Toyota Corolla but they ran out so they gave me a Volkswagen T-Cross I was extremely happy with the car and the service I received. I will see you guys again soon in the near future

They provided us with a high-clearance vehicle that proved invaluable in those conditions. Their professionalism and foresight made a real difference, and I am incredibly grateful.nnBecause of this experience, Europcar will be my go-to choice in the future. Avoid This Rental Company – Unjust Damage ChargennI recently rented a vehicle from Europcar and had a highly disappointing experience regarding an unjustified damage charge.nnBefore taking possession of the vehicle, I thoroughly inspected it and took clear photos and videos showing a pre-existing chip in the windscreen. I even sent this evidence to the company on the same day. Their rental agreement stated the vehicle had “no damage,” but their own staff later confirmed the chip was already there when I picked it up.nnDespite this, the company attempted to charge me $935 for windscreen damage I did not cause. One of their employees initially advised that the alleged damage was in fact visible on the photos dated prior to my collection, yet their management disregarded this and insisted on an exorbitant charge.nnThe manager Tracy was dismissive and rude.nnI have formally disputed this charge and will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities. This experience raises serious concerns about their damage assessment process and transparency.nnIf you plan to rent from Europcar, I strongly advise you to:n Take detailed photos and videos before and after your rental.n Get written confirmation from staff about any existing damage.n Be prepared to dispute unfair charges if they try to hold you accountable for pre-existing issues.nnI will not be using this company again and suggest others proceed with extreme caution!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company and this business is absolutely disgusting. They were extremely rude and slack in the whole process. We paid insurance and still they apparently found a chip in windscreen which we did not do. They obviously did not check this vehicle beforehand and said car was great when we returned it. They are never getting my business again. Run away and do not be fooled by their prices. We took excellent care of this vehicle and were blamed for the incompetence of their employees. We are taking this matter further and have been appalled by their customer service practices. Absolutely disgusting!
