If I could give 0 stars I would. This company and this business is absolutely disgusting. They were extremely rude and slack in the whole process. We paid insurance and still they apparently found a chip in windscreen which we did not do. They obviously did not check this vehicle beforehand and said car was great when we returned it. They are never getting my business again. Run away and do not be fooled by their prices. We took excellent care of this vehicle and were blamed for the incompetence of their employees. We are taking this matter further and have been appalled by their customer service practices. Absolutely disgusting!
We have rented a moving van from Europcar three times over the past few years and each time every aspect of the rental has been excellent. It is such a positive experience - just love the hydraulic lift that does all the work, the reasonable rental rates and the ease of driving, loading and manoeuvring. It's a very easy decision to rent a van and forget about using the trailer. We did our whole move this time with just one load and had the vehicle back to the depot in a few hours.
Excellent friendly staff who make hiring their car an easy experience. Great cars. Always my first choice for hiring a car.
The reception staff was very friendly, the car was new and very clean, it was a great car rental experience.
Extremely easy process in pickup and delivery. The staff member we dealt with was extremely courteous, well informed, and explained every detail of renting with Europcar.
