I would recommend Apex Brisbane. No hassle airport shuttle pick up and drop off, even the after hours drop off was easy.nHire car was brand new which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly. I like their easy booking and excess reduction, extra drivers, unlimited km and free child seats.

Would highly recommend Apex Brisbane!! We rented an 8 seater, had no issues, car was clean, and seemed to be a brand new vehicle. Good value for money! Pick up and drop off to and from the airport was smooth. And not to mention the staff, very welcoming. They were just awesome!! Overall a great and easy experience. Would definitely be using Apex Brisbane again! Thank you team!

One of the best car rental services that I have ever experienced within Australia and overseas.nnStaffs were friendly and nice. Services and car rental process were super quick and easy, no stress or worries. Price was reasonable too even for full coverage, no excess. Free to add extra drivers. No bond needed if you are from interstate but if you are locals, from Brisbane, bond is required. Ensure you have your hard copy licence too if you are the drivers.nnThey gave us the newest 2022 car model which was so great on petrol efficiency.nnThey also offer airport transportation if needed.nnOverall, great experience with Apex car rental brisbane airport. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service and attention we received from APEX car hire at Brisbane airport.  The shuttle service was great, we didnt have to wait more than a few minutes.nIve dealt with the major car hire companies, and they can be quite impersonal.  The service we received from Apex was great, no issues with picking up the car we ordered, and meant we could be on our way with least time spent sorting out any details..nAlso a huge shout-out to Paul, who dropped us back at the airport once we returned our car. Its great to come across someone who enjoys and takes pride in their job :

Had a great experience right from the start to finish with Apex. Great communication. Fitted a baby seat prior to turning up. We missed the last shuttle of the day for airport when returning car. They went the extra and still dropped us to the airport. Look forward to using again. Thanks
