When I originally enquired about hiring a car from Apex while my vehicle undergoes repairs, I was given very misleading information, although that was unbeknown to me at the time. I booked a month ahead for when I needed it and less than 48 hours before the booking, I was given information that contradicted the original information that I was given, in particular, this was about the bond $1,000. Yes I understand that the $1,000 is refundable upon return of the vehicle but when I originally enquired I was told “no bond is required when taking out one of our vehicles”. You had a month to let me know about this information but you waited a day and a half before the booking that I’ll need an additional $1,000 on top of my $650.nnRest assured that I sent an email back telling them to go ahead and cancel the booking. I found someone who was upfront about their bond policy and only required $200!

Had great experiences both times renting cars. There were some battery issues the first time, was quickly fixed for me without needing to go back and forth. Great value, clean and neat cars, smooth drive!nnA special shout out to Rob! Great customer service, very thoughtful and awesome!

Easy to use car rental company.  They send the shuttle to collect you quickly and dropping off car is easy, near to brisbane airport and they shuttle you to the airport  usually with 30mins. Our vehicle was a nice Kia shortage.

Great experience with Apex car rentals in Brisbane. Great communication, affordable price and excellent customer service. Easy process online and just straight forward, no hidden cost. The car we hired was a Kia Carnival or similar and we got a Hyundai Staria and it was perfect for the amount of luggage and people we had. Thank you to the staff members for their assistance. Lovely lady who came out of the office twice on our arrival and departure to come and assist us. Don’t hesitate to book your next car hire with them, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back. Thank you

First time using Apex as I have been going through the car rental companies 1 at a time looking for who’s best. Where do I start, probably at the beginning! The shuttle bus driver was absolutely hilarious. 10/10 people skills. We did not wait long at all to get picked up he was there like Kathy Freeman was at the finish line. Then we got to Apex Rentals. Absolutely the best car rental experience I’ve ever had! Everything was smooth, easy, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A huge shout-out to Shiralee. Omg her work ethic was phenomenal and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!
