We decided to hire a car for our annual family holiday to the Sunshine Coast. I'm so glad we picked Apex Car rentals. The service is amazing. All the staff were so friendly. We were given a Kia Sportage to drive which was so roomy, comfortable and very clean. Picking up and dropping off the car was a breeze. Looking forward to using this company again. Would highly recommend.

I rented a Volkswagen T-Cross from Apex Car Rentals in Brisbane for my trip to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. It was a small SUV that perfectly matched my needs—comfortable, easy to drive, and great on fuel. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend Apex and would happily rent from them again.

Overall good service, but there are a few points which it would be good to improve to be more competitive in the market:n1. There is a need to more transparent with customer. When you are delaying the shuttle bus for more than 15 minutes, be honest with the customer and tell them the actual waiting time.n2. Do not inform the customer's that you got a hybrid car for them to appear it is a petrol. I booked a normal car, so you did not have to tell me something which appeared to be incorrect.n3. Car need to be maintained to be appropriate to hold the company reputation. Check out the attached photos for some images about the condition of the car I hired.nOther than that, I think the service was ok.

This is honestly one of the best car rental services we have ever used. They shuttle bus to and from was a real life saver travelling with a bunch of kids.nWill definitely be using your service again. Cheapest and best

One of the best car rental services that I have ever experienced within Australia and overseas.nnStaffs were friendly and nice. Services and car rental process were super quick and easy, no stress or worries. Price was reasonable too even for full coverage, no excess. Free to add extra drivers. No bond needed if you are from interstate but if you are locals, from Brisbane, bond is required. Ensure you have your hard copy licence too if you are the drivers.nnThey gave us the newest 2022 car model which was so great on petrol efficiency.nnThey also offer airport transportation if needed.nnOverall, great experience with Apex car rental brisbane airport. Highly recommended!
