Apex Car Rentals Brisbane Airport

I had a great experience with Apex in Brisbane. I followed their instructions for pickup when I arrived and their shuttle arrived promptly to pick us up. Their staff were friendly and courteous, offering us maps for our return with petrol stations that were close by listed. After our rental was done and we were at the airport about to board our flight, my wife realized that she lost a precious, hand made craft that she was working on for a Christmas present. The last place she saw it was in the Apex shuttle van. So after a quick phone call, the staff located it in the van and arranged to post it home to us. That is service over and above expectations

This Company would be the most unprofessional and downright incompetent business I have had the misfortune to use in 40 years of hiring cars. They lie about the availability of cars. They lie about the “no bond” required when they actually charge $2750!!! And they do it in such a sneaky and underhanded way that your stuck using them. Be warned. They will rip you off from start to finish.

Ive been hired our cars with other car rentals and always had bad experiences with them until i started to change it this time and went with Apex. And wow, ive never given a 5 star before to any businesses, but definitely with Apex. Everything was done so easy and less complicated. Katrina was very helpful from when we picked up our car until we dropped it off. Thank you Apex & keep up the good work 👍🏽 Ive recommended Apex to my family & friends 😊

The whole experience was great. Picked me up from the airport, took us back to there office. We hired a car. Wasnt in perfect condition but it was fine. Wasnt fully clean inside but didnt bother our family. Once we returned the car (a week later) they took us back to airport. Would definitely use them again. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Very poor customer service all the way. I've rented a car for 9 days, tried to contact Apex on many occasions as the car had mechanical issues. In the end I wanted to drop it off earlier as it was very annoying and Apex didn't help or offered a different car. And to top it off Apex has charged me double. I've tried to contact Apex to be refunded for the double charge but their customer service is so poor that nobody gets in touch with you. Many other rental companies in Brisbane with excellent Customer Service and great cars. Definitely last time using Apex.
