Overcharge me AUD600.00 via my credit card. I have been chasing them for refund for more than 2 weeks but never got the money back. I have to make overseas phone calls and was always told by the owner whose name is James that he is very busy and will process the refund ASAP. He promised to send me evidence of the refund transaction but I never received it. I've already given up talking to Letz and lodged complaints to ACCC and Office of Fair Trading in QLD. But I have to admit it's a nightmare dealing with this trader and want to give anyone who wants to use Letz service a warning that things can get so nasty in this free country.
