I rented a car at Brisbane downtown CBD. When I paid, I was trouble in my credit card limit. I needed another credit card, but the card was at my hotel. I was so embarrased in front of my wife and 2 years old son. The manager very kindly drived my wife to my hotel and returned with credit card. Thanks to her kind assistance, we could rent a car and enjoy lone pine and Mt coot tha observation.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Redspot Car Rentals.

The Lady was most professional in her dealings with us and all paper work would have been completed within 15 minutes,

Instructions were given on how to get to where we were going, tolls and fuel.

Most impressed and a great start to our holiday.

Thanks for an awesome experience.
