Worst car rental experience I have ever had, EVER! 
No email confirmation of booking. Called and requested email to confirm booking and charges. Upon confirming correct email details, advised resent then not received.
Arrived at Brisbane airport, to be given completely different car. When I told them I booked a medium sized sedan, and not an SUV, they told me it was an upgrade because my car wasn't ready, and that I'd need to wait if I still wanted it. 
Upon returning the car and receiving my electronic invoice, I was hit with several hidden charges, and when I cross referenced the rental agreement, the fine print advised it was an estimate!
Never had this experience with Thrifty or Budget in Australia or O/S. 
Stay well away, CROOKS!!!

Should have read reviews before booking but thought we were safe booking through an agent. Returned car before designated drop off time (3pm) and was charged an extra day as they said we returned car at 8.14pm. Boarded a 4.30pm flight back to Melbourne and an hour into our drive home by then. In dispute with them now. Won't use them again.

I have been a ready customer with Europcar for 15-years and always had reasonable service, EXCEPT for Brisbane Airport. They and not only rude and unhelpful they are completely incompetent and a total embarrassment to the company. If you are flying into Brisbane and you want service try somebody else.

Very friendly staff .quick easy change over .As it was a new model car went through all buttons for me .this was my second time with them very pleased

Excellent car conditions and convenient pickup n dropoff at Brisbane airport. Recommend to Include an insurance at least the basic cover
