Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Convinced me to buy excess reduction although i insisted that I had full cover zero excess from Rentalcars (thro whom i made the booking). Misleading unsuspecting customers. I expected honesty.

I rented a small vehicle through Redspot Enterprise and they hooked me up with a 2017 Holden Astra at a Great price. I was amazed at how low the price was. They had awesome customer service who were friendly and advised me on all my queries I had. I will definetly recommend Redspot Enterprise to anyone who needs Car Rental services. As a first time user of an automatic & right-hand drive car, it was easy as pie! I would definitely use your service again. I would recommend that the satnav/GPS has the return address saved, as it was difficult to find & signage for Rental Returns only appeared when you were almost at the parking lot.

Fantastic service very friendly and professional staff and a big thankyou to Michael who checked us back in on arrival at the airport you friendly smile and positive attitude was wonderful would highly recommended this hire car company to anyone travelling and needing a rental.

Rented small SUV. Car was in good condition. Paid for GPS device. GPS device database had not been updated. Returned it and asked for a replacement. Received replacement and drove off. Replacement GPS device also not updated. Could not find 3 of the adresses that we needed to go to.
