Budget Car and Truck Rental Brisbane International Airport

I am about to give up after 69 minutes on hold - to get a booking for a client. I have had better luck trying to contact Centrelink. Sorry - need to do other work!

Friendly counter staff however contradicting information was occasionally provided. Also when attending the desk at Brisbane airport I was asked to electronically sign an agreement to conditions which were not displayed until the next screen (after signing). I was disappointed also when collecting the car. The young guy behind the counter gave me the condition report and simply said sign here please. When I asked where the car was so I could inspect it and see for myself he looked at me like I had 2 heads.

Brisbane Airport. 1 hour 45 mins to get our car with not so much as a sorry for the wait. Obviously business as usual for Budget. Budget in name, Budget in service. Go elsewhere.
