Rented the car from Sydney to Brisbane, no hidden fees for it, all smooth and easy to check in and check out.nService was excellent and has free airport shuttle bus service to the airport.nJasonstaff also has excellent service to help us get safely to the airport.

I thought east coast car rentals did a great job.  They had a shuttle to pick us up from the airport within 15 minutes of me calling after clearing customs.  When we turned the car back in Cairns, they had a shuttle ready shortly after we got done with the final walk through for check in.  Everyone that I dealt with at the cou ters was always friendly.   It might have been a bit more expensive than I was expecting,  but not terrible.  The car had an annoying lane departure feature I had to shut off each time I started it.  However, I would use them again and would recommend them to friends that were coming to Australia.

Very happy with our recent rental experience. Organized in a flash, and the lady who rented us the car was lovely and explained everything in great detail. My son had to leave his own car with the mechanic so we rented from East Coast Rentals for just a few days. Got a beautiful car, clear rental agreement and a fair price. My bond for him being a young driver was returned the same day we returned the car unheard of by most businesses! and the pickup and drop-off was easy and quick.nGenuinely can't speak well enough of these guys. Great service. Thank you, we'll be back.

Excellent service from the pick up point at the airport which is very well scripted on their email to me. The service desk explained everything in clear detail. The car wasn’t what we ordered, but it was fine nonetheless, it is explained that you may not get that specific car when booking. Car was very efficient on fuel and comfortable to drive. Returning the car was also an easy task as we were met instantly by a gentleman who told us to head toward the bus while he took a look over it. A few minutes later we were off to the airport for our return home flight. On our return, I noticed that our $1000 deposit had already been returned. Will definitely use East Coast again.

Simply outstanding service. After arriving in Brisbane on a late-night flight, my wife, young child and I were left stranded at midnight by Enterprise Rent-A-Car, despite having a confirmed booking.nnThe very next morning we contacted East Coast Car Rentals, and from that moment on the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The team was fast, efficient and genuinely customer-focused, even providing a complimentary shuttle back to the airport so we could catch our onward flight without stress.nnEvery single person we dealt with from the front desk staff, to the shuttle driver, to the parking attendant on vehicle return was friendly, professional and more than willing to help. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and the entire process was seamless.nnI cannot recommend East Coast Car Rentals highly enough. An easy 10/10 for service quality, vehicle condition, and truly superior customer service. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience.
