I have had a great experience with this company, after having issues with third party insurance, Bill the lovely man who was assisting us patiently explained how car insurance for rental cars works and worked out what was going to be more affordable for us. He was super patient with us and was really helpful when we needed to add another driver and when I dropped the car back he organised for someone to drop me home! Excellent service from Bill.

The efficiency and friendliness of the staff at Hendra has won me over and I DEFINITELY will be having my future rentals here. It is WELL worth the few minutes wait for a pickup to drive to their location.( I have waited much, MUCH longer to get to a rental desk in the airport itself!)

First time experience was good. Arranged rental through Jetstar with flights. My arrival at airport was close to their closing time. I called and they were very helpful about picking up the car. Price was good. Car was clean and good better than the one I expected. You have to be picked up from airport and taken to their office but did not have to wait too long. Staff were friendly and capable. The office was a llittle hard to find when returning the car. Overall very good car and service at a reasonable price.

We hired a car whilst visiting Brisbane for the day. Great rates and easy to deal with. They even pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Cars were all relatively new looking and in good condition.

I recently hired a car through East Coast Car Rentals. I was collected at the airport and transported to the office which was really stress free. The personnel at the desk gave fabulous service and explained all rental details simply but thoroughly. My car was was well presented and I was given plenty of support if troubles should arise whilst away on my trip. I did request a manual which I was supplied which is a first time experience me having usually getting my car request changed.
I would recommend this company to anyone considering car rental.
