Truck was good & well maintained, staff were friendly & helpful, pricing was reasonable. Email confirmation on  booking and after return was good. However, picking up the truck took 45 minutes, which was not advised when booking/pre-paying, and regardless of pickup time, return time seems to be 7:30am. Overall a good solution for what we needed, but the unexpected wait at the start prevented it from being a great experience.

Do not go with this truck hire company. It is clear that they do not regularly check up on or service their trucks. The truck that we hired broke down because of a flat battery, when calling to get the truck fixed the person suggested that we personally move all of our belongings out of the truck and into a new truck! pathetic! After finally convincing them to just change the battery (this took a good 3 hours), the battery was changed. When returning the truck the next day and making a complaint, the customer service we received was absolutely pathetic. On top of not being compensated for the time lost, the company tried to charge us additionally for being a few km's over. Very poor service.

Convertible Mustang was in excellent condition and great fun!  Fantastic car to cruise around the Gold Coast in. Easy as to hire, quick and painless. Transfers to and from airport, cheaper than other hire companies.  Would definitely hire from Andy's again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hire rate was the best I could find. Very convenient location. Whole process was very easy.

After our car was put into a smash repairers following an accident these guys provided a loan car billed to the insurer at fault and got us back to normal with little trouble at all.

Highly recommend the company and the staff were great to deal with.
