Not a satisfying experience. If insurances company would give me other options I won’t be here.n3 stars for them because they got the job done.
Definitely I’ll never use Hertz ever again, poor customer service, is just the start, then the car, had a very strong smell, seats had stains all over and the car was an i30 scratched all around. For your information, prior to getting the rental, the staff member gave a lecture about the retuning condition like full tank of petrol, which is a very standard procedure, then what got me what he told they would charge AU$650.00 for EVERY SIMGLE EXTRA scratches upon returning the car… unless I’d pay AU$100.00 to scrape the AU$650.00 for any scratches upon returning the car. Then when I saw the car, took photos of all the scratches already on the car I went back saying the car already had scratches all over. It felt like ONLY their property had value, not friendly staff, or knowledge of the customers upon arrival. I will Never use Hertz again and I would not recommend anyone else, truly there are better choices out there.nnIt’s one star for me and 1 out of 10.
Served by a lovely young lady called Paityn.nnShe was extremely helpful, very professional and understanding the urgency of my situation.nnThe quality of rentals Hertz have is outstanding and I would 100% recommend using them for any future rentals!
Don't hire from here they take over 10 days to get your refund back to you absolutely ridiculous service.
Rubish service by one of the women staff , no smile on face , no hello nothing , if you have problems then leave it out side the doors at workplace,nnDon't make others to feel Negative as you are.
