First of all, a very big thank you to Nathan P. at Right2Drive in Archerfield QLD, and their team for the support!

I was in an accident at Westfield Gardencity on Christmas Eve when side-swiped/T-boned by another driver who wasn't paying attention to both directions of traffic. The damage to my vehicle was to an extent that my drivers-side door would not shut and was completely unsafe. It was considered not roadworthy and was towed by Ready Towing to the RACQ Assessment Centre in Coopers Plains. Yesterday, I received a call from RACQ and was mentioned that my car was repairable and that the repairs could be anywhere between 2-4 weeks without a vehicle. This devastated me as mode of transport is very important to my lifestyle. 

When at the scene, I recalled the tow driver who mentioned Right2Drive. It was last night I searched for information regarding accident replacement vehicles and came across their website with the ability to apply online. I filled out the online form which took less than 5 minutes (as promised) and was amazed to receive a call early the next morning regarding my application.

Nathan at Ready2Drive was genuine and understanding. I had already made a claim with my insurance, but English is a second or third language for the at-fault driver and retrieving information such as their insurancepolicy/claim, is still a continuous struggle. I had to personally visit their residence to try to achieve some progress, but still am to no luck. I picked up the accident replacement vehicle today and am very satisfied with how the transaction went between Nathan and I. He went over all the details of the paperwork. It was evident that Nathan was in the business for the people, such as myself (victim of the accident), and not for the outcome or the profit from the business.

Although Right2Drive has a 3 day policy where they can reclaim the replacement vehicle unless the at-fault claims and the at-fault drivers insurance policy information is provided, Right2Drive has helped me significantly (for the time being) with the ability to be mobile again. I am truly thankful for such a service and I would highly recommend this business for anyone in an accident in the future. The best part is, unless at-fault, there are no payments because you are not at fault.
