Best car rental and best team can’t recommend enough These guys were fantastic. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. They dropped the car to me the morning after I called them. Checked in with me throughout the entire process and were always available if I needed. I would highly recommend these guys if you find yourself in this situation. Excellent customer service

Great service from these guys. Nice clean comfortable cheap to run car and a great rate for the hire. Totally uncomplicated process. Nothing was too much trouble including delivery and pickup as our only vehicle was written off in an accident which was not our fault. Would recommend to anybody unreservedly.

Their service is top notch! Initially I do not believe there can be such good thing in this world until it happens. My car was hit hard by a truck in May on an expressway and it was totally the truck driver's fault. But unfortunately, my car did not have insurance at that moment and I was in the situation without any car to drive. In addition, it was extremely frustrating and painful experience to negotiate the compensation with the other party's insurance they tended to not reply or answer your calls. Then I started to look for rental cars online until I find Freebie rental. After I explained my situation to them, they sent the car to my doorstep just the next morning, and told me that I was alright to drive their car for at least 1 week for FREE even if they could not reach the other party's insurance. It was really life savier! Besides, after knowing I was renting car from Freebie, the other party's insurance became more proactive in the negotiating of my compensation, but still it took more than 30 days to settle my claim Actually at this pint, I did not really care how long the insurance want to take since I got a free car from Freebie. All in all, I did not pay a single cent for renting more than 30 days from Freebie. After I got the money from the insurance, Freebie even offered another week of rental for me to get a new car. I hope no one will get into the same situation as me, but if so, I guess you can always give Freebie rental a call. It works amazingly sometime.

When you hear from them, yeah sounds like a scam but read all the comments! Best service ever! Super friendly team! Had a traffic accident on Friday 4pm. Not at fault and I had the details of the person at fault. Those guys delivered a car directly to my house on a Saturday morning 8.30am! didn't have to cancel my weekend plans. They picked up the car at the smash repair centre when my car was ready. Didn't pay a cent! This is how it should be when your car get smashed by a 3rd party and you're not at fault. You shouldn't have to deal with the hassle of going to a rental car agency on the other side of town during your work hours because insurance companies can't be bothered to organise something for you! Would highly recommend.

You guys are absolute life savers!! After my not at fault incident I was in a state of despair, I didn’t have cover in my insurance for a rental after an accident and rental costs were just too much. Working in homes all over Brisbane I had no idea how I would be able to keep my income coming in. From speaking with you guys on the phone to driving out your driveway was maybe an hour,  absolute hassle free, so easy and a gem of a team that were lovely to deal with. I am so so grateful for your service, I can go to work tomorrow and get my kids to school, you’ve really relieved some of the stress of this horrible experience. Thank you so much!

My insurance company recommended I go to Freebie after I was refused a rental by the at fault driver's insurance company. I phoned them that night and the car was delivered to my home the next day! All in all a super easy process, and at the end, the car was picked up by their staff. It took a lot of the stress out of what was a very stressful time.

Twenty star service. After a terrifying accident dealing with Freebies no fuss service was like a magic balm. Wonderful service. Wonderful car. Wonderful people. Can’t praise them highly enough. Thank you.

Stay away from these cowboys. I was refer to these mob by the tow company that tow my car after the accident. They not me not to worry they will sort everything out. It bacame a nightmare as they call and txt 2 to3 times a week to see if i have any news from the insurance company. But that's not all. They pick up car I was using from me and the rang me an hour and 20mins later saying that I have damaged the car and demanded me to pay over $350 I told them there was no damage when they pick up the car and also why didn't they point it out when the pick up the car Michael went on with alot of excuses and then threatened me saying it doesn't matter who did I have the car last and I will pay for it. I will not recommend anyone getting a hire car from these corrupt cowboys.
