What truly stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond – Amanda personally brought the car to me and took the time to walk me through all its features, making sure I was confident and comfortable before driving off.nnThis is the first time I’ve experienced such a high level of customer service in Australia, and I genuinely felt looked after. booked for a corolla ir same size and the photo showed a corolla in my booking. she said id only get a corolla or similar if it showed that way in my booking. i said it literally did. have a screenshot of it. she just said well sorry about that and showed me to the smallest car they could possibly give me. no change in pricing btw.nntheir email specifically states that the price in the email at the bottom is to be charged upon return. they charged the entire thing upon pick up including a bond which was fine, but what pissed me off is thst if I had just booked this same car at the place down the road I would have saved over 400 dollars AND would've gotten the right car AND would have not been charged all up front at a completely new price than wats in the booking.nnthe customer service seem aware of everything im mad at and have brush off answers and apologies for everything so that tells me its just how they work.nnabsolutely insane.
Easy online booking,very friendly staff, great service. From the service desk to receiving keys under 15min.nThe vehicle was clean and ready to go. Return of vehicle and final check over I was out in 5min. I will hire from Hertz again thanks guys you made it a very pleasant experience.
Gave me my car and the multimedia system was in another language, I informed them but they had no urgency, ended up fixing it myself. Upon return they tell me I'm a few hours late, even though the rental date was reduced and I've brought it back earlier than the original date. Tried to charge $50 out of my bond for that.
