I booked a minibus to take a group of international students to Stradbroke Island for a day trip. I called in during the week to check the booking was ok. On Sunday I arrived early to collect the bus and there was no bus and no record of the booking. No apology. I came past the next week and was told the manager would ring me to discuss the mistake. No phone call. I emailed Budget but still no response. Just don't risk it with this Budget branch.

Great customer service, nice clean vehicle, no complaints at all! Definitely recommend and will use again.

Rude and dodgy don't risk it. 

We called ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed as our licence and card are American. When we arrived to the office we were told that we couldn't use an American debit card even though we called to check that. They also tried to charge us more than the price we reserved online. The "costumer service" person then swore at us and raised his voice. 

I will be making a complaint to both the parent company and the accc.

No BS vehicle hire. After experience with their competitors I can assure you I won't bother with anyone else. Awesome prices, awesome service. Great company to deal with.
